Auto Reload RM1 Cashback

1. What is this campaign?

This campaign is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD), offering selected users with RM1 cashback if users set up the Auto Reload feature in the TNGD app for the first time and perform a minimum reload of RM50 using a credit card.

2. What is the duration of this campaign?

The Campaign Period is from 1 November 2025 until 30 November, both dates are inclusive.

3. Who is eligible to receive this Cashback?

Only selected users who receive an in-app push notification, EDM, or in-app banner about the campaign during the Campaign Period are eligible to participate.

4. When will the cashback be credited to me upon completion of the requirements?

The cashback will be manually credited to the user’s TNG eWallet upon fulfilling the conditions, and within 30 days after the campaign ends. Each eligible user is entitled to receive only one (1) cashback for their qualifying transaction.

5. What is the limit for this cashback?

The Campaign Cashback is limited to the first 50,000 eligible transactions. The Campaign will cease once the cashback has been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Campaign Period, whichever is earlier.
