Q2       What is the duration of this campaign?

The Campaign begins on 5th November 2025 and ends on 31st December 2025, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”). 

 

Q3       Who is eligible for this promotion?

The Campaign is open to all users who perform a Cash In into their Principal – Invest and/or Retire feature account during the Campaign Period (“Eligible Participant”).  

 

Q4       How to be eligible for the Lucky Draw Prizes?

To be eligible for the Lucky Draw Prizes, the Eligible Participants are required to fulfil all of the following requirements:

a.    The Eligible Participant must perform a minimum cash in of RM200.00 either in a single transaction into their Principal Invest or Retire feature account and/or by activating the “Auto Cash-In” feature during the Campaign Period. The Cash-In and Investment Subscription must be successfully completed within the Campaign Period. 

b.    The Eligible Participant must key in “FUTUREWISE” in the promo code field of Principal Invest or Retire feature account whenever a single cash in is performed within the Campaign Period. 

c.    The Eligible Participant shall earn one (1) lucky draw entry for every RM500.00 cash in performed into their Principal Invest and/or Retire feature account. 

d.    The Eligible Participant must maintain the subscription in their Principal Invest or Retire feature account for a holding period of thirty (30) days from the last day of the Campaign Period, i.e. from 1st January 2026, 12:00 AM to 30th January 2026, 11.59pm (“Post Campaign Period”). The Eligible Participant shall not be entitled to the Campaign Rewards if any redemption is performed during the Post Campaign Period.

e.    Prizes are fully sponsored by Principal and are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Principal accepts no responsibility for any tax or other liability that may arise from the prize.

 

Q5       How to be eligible for the Welcome Bonus Rate?

To be eligible for the Welcome Bonus Rate, the Eligible Participants are required to fulfil all of the following requirements:

a.    The Eligible Participant must successfully open a new Principal – Invest or Retire feature account during the Campaign Period. For avoidance of doubt, Eligible Participants who already have an existing Principal – Invest or Retire feature account before the Campaign Period shall not be entitled to the Welcome Bonus Rate, i.e. on or before 4th November 2025, 12:00 AM.

b.    The Eligible Participant must perform a minimum cash in of RM200.00 either in a single transaction into their Principal Invest or Retire feature account and/or by activating the “Auto Cash-In” feature during the Campaign Period. The Cash-In and Investment Subscription must be successfully completed within the Campaign Period. 

c.    The Eligible Participant must key in “FUTUREWISE” in the promo code field of Principal Invest or Retire feature account whenever a single cash in is performed within the Campaign Period. 

d.    The Eligible Participant must maintain the subscription in their Principal – Invest or Retire feature account for a holding period of thirty (30) days from the last day of the Campaign Period, i.e. from 1st January 2026, 12:00 AM to 30th January 2026, 11.59pm (“Post Campaign Period”). Q6       Is there any limit on the Cash In transaction and amount that can be performed during the Campaign Period?

No. There is no maximum limit on the number and amount of cash in transactions that you can perform during the campaign period.

 

Q7       Are there any capping/limitations to this promotion?

The maximum Campaign Reward amount per customer for Reward 2 is capped at RM1,000. The total cap on Campaign Reward allocation for Reward 2 is RM200,000. The Campaign will cease once the Campaign Reward has reached the maximum allocation limit or when the Campaign Period ends, whichever is earlier.

Q8       What is Net Cash Flow (“NCF”)?

NCF = Total Cash In Amount into Eligible Account(s) – Total Cash Out Amount from Eligible Account(s)
Throughout the Campaign Period.

 

Q9       How is the Welcome Bonus Rate calculated?

The Welcome Bonus Rate will be calculated based on the NCF amount in the Eligible Participant’s Principal Invest and/or Retire account last recorded as at the last day of the Campaign Period, i.e. 31st December 2025 11.59 PM.

 

Q10   How will the Campaign Reward be distributed?

Reward 1 will be given in the form of the respective Lucky Draw Prize won by the Eligible Participant, which will be distributed via Courier Service to the Eligible Participants within 60 days after Post Campaign Period (“Reward Distribution Date”), i.e. by 30th March 2026.

Reward 2 will be given in the form of cash back into the Eligible Participant’s TNG e-wallet account, which will be credited into the Eligible Participant’s TNG e-wallet account within 60 days after Post Campaign Period (“Reward Distribution Date”), i.e. by 30th March 2026.

 

Q10    During the campaign period, will I still receive any monthly income distribution from the relevant fund?

Yes. You will still be entitled to monthly income distribution from the fund on your investments on top of the Campaign Reward.
