This promotion is only limited to the first 2,000 redemptions Pusat Pungutan Zakat- Kuala Lumpur (PPZ-MAIWP). The promotion will cease once the cashback has been fully utilized or at the expiration of the promotion period, whichever is earlier. - When will I receive the cashback?
The cashback will be credited into user’s TNG eWallet account immediately upon successful transaction. - I made two transactions with total of RM150. Am I still eligible to enter the lucky draw?
No, users need to make RM150 minimum zakat payment in a single transaction to enter the lucky draw. - Can I earn multiple entries to increase my chances in winning the Lucky Draw?
No, only ONE (1) entry can be earned per user. - Are there any capping/limitations to win this Lucky Draw?
Each winner selected shall only be entitled to ONE (1) prize after the campaign ends. - I am listed as a winner. When will I receive the prize?
All winners will be contacted via email and the eWallet credit will be credited within 7 working days after the due date stated in the email. To collect the prize, winners must reply to an email from winners@tngdigital.com.my within seven (7) days from the date of the email sent and provide the necessary information for verification purposes.
