1. What is the campaign duration?
The TNG eWallet Visa Travel Card Activation Campaign runs from 1st January 2026 to 30 June 2026.

2. Who is eligible for this campaign?

Users who have registered their TNG eWallet with a valid registered mobile number.
Users who successfully activate their TNG eWallet Visa Travel Card during the Campaign Period.
Users who successfully adhere to the Eligible Spend stipulated hereunder.

3. What are the Campaign Rewards?

Eligible users shall be entitled to receive eight (8) cashback vouchers with a total value of up to Ringgit Malaysia Thirty-Five (RM35.00) immediately upon successful activation of the TNG eWallet Visa Travel Card.The vouchers issued under this Campaign may only be used for international online or international in-store transactions, subject to the voucher-specific terms below.

4. What does international online platform refer to?
Any digital or e-commerce platform, including but not limited to online platforms such as Amazon, Shein, Booking.com, Agoda and other similar services that requires payment to be made in a foreign currency other than Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

5. Is there a specific order to use the 8 cashback vouchers?
Yes. The 2nd to 8th vouchers for international in-store transaction must be used sequentially. While the voucher for international online transaction may be used at any time and does not need to be used before the international in-store vouchers.

6. What is the eligible transaction for the cashback vouchers under this campaign?

7. How will the cashback be credited?
The cashback will be credited to your eWallet account after each completed Eligible Spend. In the event Eligible Spends are refunded, cancelled, voided, or reversed, TNGD reserves the right to deduct the Campaign Cashback that has been credited to TNG eWallet Visa cardholders without prior notice.

8. Are the vouchers in addition to the existing cashback on my TNG eWallet Visa Travel Card?
Yes. The vouchers awarded under this Campaign are in addition to the up to 3% unlimited cashback currently available on your TNG eWallet Visa Travel Card during the Campaign Period.
