Q1 ​What does this Campaign offer?
A1 This campaign rewards users with up to RM10 cashback when they reload their TNG eWallet using a Visa credit card issued in Malaysia for the first time.

Q2 When is the campaign period?
A2 The campaign runs from 1 December 2025 until 31 January 2026, both dates inclusive.

Q3 Who is eligible to participate in this campaign?
A3 You are eligible if you:

a)    Have an active TNG eWallet account

b)    Reload using a Visa credit card issued in Malaysia for the first time.

c)     Reload via manual reload, auto-reload, or quick payment

Q4 ​How do I earn cashback?
A4 You’ll get cashback when you reload your TNG eWallet with a Visa Credit Card during the campaign period. Cashback is based on the first reload amount in a single transaction, and each user can only receive it once throughout the campaign.

​Q5 What are the cashback tiers and rewards?

Q6 ​How many users can receive cashback?
A6 Cashback is given on a first-come, first-served basis each week, capped at:

• 250 users per week
• Tier 2: 500 users per week

Q6 How will the cashback be credited?
A6 Cashback will be credited directly to the eligible user’s TNG eWallet with 5 working days (T+5) from the cashback fulfillment date.

Q7 Can I earn both RM5 and RM10 cashback?
A7 No. Each user can only receive one cashback reward — either RM5 or RM10 — depending on the reload amount that qualifies first.

Q8 Will I receive a notification about the cashback allocation balance?
A8 No notifications will be sent after weekly cashback allocation has been fully claimed.
