Q1    What is this Promotion about?
Monthly prize – Every 18th transaction of the month (18th, 36th, 54th etc) will be selected to win RM5 U Mobile Prepaid Credit (“Monthly Prize”), on the condition below;

a.    Make a direct purchase of U Mobile Internet Credit with minimum RM35 and above via Touch ‘n Go eWallet ‘Prepaid’ function.

Daily  Prize – Be the 888th and 1776th transaction daily to win RM50 Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit (“Daily Prize”)

Q2    What is the duration of this Promotion?
The Promotion Period is from 15 December 2025 until 14 February 2026, both dates inclusive, where Month 1 is from 15 December 2025 until 14 January 2026 and Month 2 is from 15 January 2026 until 14 February 2026.

Q3    Who is eligible to participate in this Promotion?
Users who top up their mobile prepaid internet credit via Touch ‘n Go eWallet ‘MY Prepaid’ function and fulfill the requirements in Q1 above. 

Users need to ensure their U Mobile prepaid mobile number is the same mobile number that is registered with Touch ‘n Go eWallet, and the line must be ACTIVE during the Promotion Period until Prize fulfilment is completed.

Q4    Can I earn multiple entries to increase my chances in winning the Prizes?
Users can make multiple purchases to increase the number of Entries to increase the chances of Winning.

Only ONE (1) Entry can be earned per transaction.

Q5    Are there any capping/limitations to this Promotion?
The Monthly Prize is limited to first 4000 winners for Month 1 and Month 2, respectively. 

Each winner selected shall only be entitled to ONE (1) prize throughout the promotion period.

Q6    When will I receive the prize?
The Daily Prize will be credited back to the winners’ respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet within THIRTY (30) days upon the end of Promotion Period. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Promotion.
