The coupon can be applied to eligible flights and hotels within a single Booking ID. It is not valid for “Pay Upon Check-in” hotel rooms, selected hotels subject to individual hotel policies, or ancillary/add-on purchases.

  1. How do I redeem the coupon?

Log in to your Traveloka account, select your flight or hotel, enter your payment details, and key in the coupon code at checkout before completing the payment. The coupon must be applied at the time of purchase; it cannot be added after the transaction is completed.

  1. How much discount will I get?

The discount rate, cap, and minimum transaction amount for flights and hotels are stated in the voucher description. Please review the voucher details before booking.

  1. Can I use the coupon more than once?

No. The coupon is valid for one-time use per coupon code per Traveloka user throughout the promotion period.

No. The coupon is non-stackable and cannot be combined with other discount coupons, promotions, offer coupons, vouchers, or loyalty programmes.

  1. Can I use split payment with this coupon?

No. The coupon is not applicable for transactions using split payment methods combined with other payment methods.

  1. What happens if I cancel or reschedule my booking?

If a booking is cancelled or refunded for any reason, the coupon used will not be reissued, replaced, or refunded. Any refund or reschedule will be calculated based on the amount paid after discount, not the original price.

  1. Can I exchange the coupon for cash?

No. The coupon is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, products, or credit-in-kind.

  1. Are taxes and service charges included in the discounted price?
