A: Enjoy RM30 cashback when you reload your TNG eWallet using a Mastercard (issued outside Malaysia and Singapore) with a minimum spend of RM400 in a single transaction.

Q2: When does the campaign run?
A: The campaign runs from 1 April 2026 to 17 May 2026 (inclusive).

Q3: Who can participate in this campaign?
A: You’re eligible if you:

• Have an active TNG eWallet account
• Use a Mastercard issued outside Malaysia and Singapore
• Reload via manual reload, auto-reload, or quick payment
• Make a minimum reload of RM400 in a single transaction

Q4: What reward will I receive?
A: You will receive RM30 cashback. Each user can only redeem this once throughout the campaign period.

Q5: Is there a limit on cashback?
A: Yes. Cashback is limited to the first 35 eligible users per day, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q6: When will I receive my cashback?
A: Cashback will be credited to your TNG eWallet within 3 working days (T+3) after a successful reload.

Q7: Why didn’t I receive my cashback?
A: You may not receive cashback if:

• Your Mastercard is issued in Malaysia or Singapore
• Your reload amount is below RM400 in a single transaction
• You have already redeemed the cashback
• The daily quota (35 users) has been fully claimed
• Your account is inactive, terminated, or flagged for suspicious activity

Q8: Will I be notified if I don’t get the cashback?
A: No, there will be no notification if the cashback quota has been fully claimed.
