Q1 What is this promotion and who is eligible?

New to Prepaid users who make a purchase of Prepaid credit with a minimum payment of RM10.00 in a single transaction via the TNG eWallet ‘MyPrepaid’ function are entitled ot receive a Cashback of RM1.

Q2 What is the duration of this promotion?

This promotion is valid from 15 August 2026 until 21 October 2026 and is limited to the first 60,000 eligible transactions throughout the Promotion Period. The Promotion will cease once the Cashbacks have been fully utilised or upon the expiry of the Promotion Period, whichever occurs first. Please note that vouchers may only be used during the applicable redemption period and cannot be carried forward once expired.

Q3 How do I enjoy this promotion?

Eligible users must first claim the Promotion voucher and use it for a qualifying transaction within the applicable redemption period.

Q4 When will I receive the cashback?

The cashback amount will be credited into the user’s TNG eWallet automatically after the eligible transaction. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Promotion.

Q5 How many times can I enjoy this promotion?

Each selected TNG eWallet User is entitled to enjoy the RM1 Cashback ONE (1) time only throughout the Promotion Period.

Q6 What happens if I claim the voucher but do not use it?

Any unused voucher will expire at the end of the applicable redemption period and cannot be carried forward to subsequent redemption periods. Users who have already claimed a voucher will not be entitled to claim another voucher under this Promotion.
