Q1 What is this campaign?

This campaign is open to all verified TNG eWallet users who make their first successful transaction of at least RM5 on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Eligible users will automatically receive a randomized Postpaid cashback voucher of up to RM5 in their “My Rewards.” To enjoy the cashback, users need to make a separate transaction for Postpaid, subject to a minimum spend of RM100, within 30 days of the voucher’s issuance.

 

Q2 What is the duration of this campaign?

The campaign runs from 24 August 2026 until 30 November 2026, both dates inclusive. The campaign may end earlier if all cashback vouchers have been fully redeemed before the end date.

Q3 Who is eligible for this campaign?

This campaign is open to all verified TNG eWallet users who have made their first transaction of at least RM5 on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store during the campaign period.

Q4 What can I use my cashback for?

The cashback voucher can be used for Postpaid bill payments.

Q5 How does this campaign work?

  1. Make your first transaction of at least RM5 on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store during the campaign period.
  2. Your randomized cashback voucher of up to RM5 will automatically be credited to the “My Rewards” section of your TNG eWallet.
  3. To enjoy the cashback, make a separate transaction of at least RM100 in a single transaction for Postpaid.

Q6 Where will I receive my cashback voucher?

Your cashback voucher will be automatically saved under the “My Rewards” section in your TNG eWallet.

Q7 How long will the cashback voucher be available for me to use?

Each cashback voucher is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued to you. Any unused voucher will expire after this period and cannot be reinstated.

Q8 Can I redeem my cashback voucher more than once?

No, redemption is limited to one (1) time per user for the entire campaign period.

Q9 Can I use more than one cashback voucher in a single transaction?

No, only one (1) cashback voucher can be used per transaction. The cashback voucher also cannot be used together with any other ongoing campaign promotions, discounts, or vouchers offered by TNGD.
