  1. What is the Stampcard Campaign? 
    The Stampcard is a feature in the TNG eWallet that lets selected users complete missions and earn rewards based on their spending.
  2. When is the campaign period? 
    The campaign period is from 1 January 2026 to 31 March 2026, inclusive of both dates (“Campaign Period”) and will be conducted in 3 rounds as follows: 
    • Round 1: 1 January 2026 to 31 January 2026
    • Round 2: 1 February 2026 to 28 February 2026
    • Round 3: 1 March 2026 to 31 March 2026

It may end earlier if all rewards are claimed.

  1. How will the campaign end? 
    The campaign will conclude when all rewards have been distributed or at the end of the campaign period, whichever is earlier.
  2. Who is eligible for the Online Payment Stampcard Campaign? 
    The Online Payment Stampcard is available to selected users only who can access it via designated promotional banners, in-app popups, or a dedicated homepage tile within the TNG eWallet.
  3. How does the Stampcard work?

Users need to reach three cumulative spending goals to earn rewards:

  • RM50 – Receive a digital badge
  • RM150 – Receive an online cashback voucher (worth up to RM100)
  • RM300 – Receive free credit (worth up to RM200)

Spending is counted only through specific missions.

  1. Can I participate in this campaign if I make payment using the Touch ‘n Go eWallet Visa Card?

No. Payments made using the Touch ‘n Go eWallet Visa Card are not eligible for this campaign.
 

  1. How many rewards are available?

Rewards are given on a first-come, first-served basis:

  • RM150 Goal – Available on a first-come, first-served basis for eligible successful claims, limited to the first 22,925 successful claims.
  • RM300 Goal – Available on a first-come, first-served basis for eligible successful claims, limited to the first 11,810 successful claims.
  1. How will I receive my rewards?
  • Digital badge – Displayed in-app once RM50 goal is reached
  • Cashback Voucher – Credited to your ‘MyRewards’ page
  • Free Credit – Credited directly to your eWallet balance
  1. Do the rewards have an expiry date?
  • Cashback Voucher – Valid for THIRTY (30) days from the date it is claimed.
  • Free Credit – No expiry.
  1. What happens if I don’t use my Cashback Voucher within the validity period?
    Unused cashback voucher will be forfeited without replacement or extension.
