  1. What is this Campaign about?
    Users who enter the promo code “BARU” when purchasing a motorcycle insurance policy or takaful certificate via MotoInsure, with a minimum premium or contribution of RM100, during the Campaign Period shall be entitled to receive RM7 cashback.
    Total cashback allocation: RM24,500 (first-come, first-served basis)
  2. What is the duration of this Campaign?
    The Campaign shall run from 9 September 2026 to 30 November 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).However, the Campaign will end once the total cashback allocation has been fully utilised or upon the expiry of the Campaign Period, whichever occurs earlier.
  3. Who is eligible for this Campaign?
    The Campaign is open to all TNG eWallet users (“Users”) who enter the promo code “BARU” when purchasing a motorcycle insurance policy or takaful certificate via MotoInsure on the TNG eWallet application during the Campaign Period.
  4. Am I eligible for the Cashback if I forget to enter the promo code?
    No. You must enter the promo code during checkout to receive the cashback.
  5. Where should I enter the promo code?
    You can enter the promo code: “BARU” in the “Promo Code” box on the “Summary” page.
  6. Is there any minimum spending required to be eligible for this Campaign?
    Yes. Users must purchase a motorcycle insurance policy or takaful certificate via MotoInsure, with a minimum premium or contribution of RM100, to be eligible for this Campaign.
  7. Is there a limit for this Campaign?
    This Campaign will end once the total cashback allocation of RM24,500 has been fully utilised or upon the expiry of the Campaign Period, whichever occurs earlier.
  8. Can I purchase multiple insurance policies or takaful certificates and still be entitled to cashback under this Campaign?
    Each eligible user is entitled to receive the cashback once only throughout the Campaign Period, regardless of the number of motorcycle insurance policies or takaful certificates purchased.
  9. Can I help my family members or friends renew their motorcycle insurance or takaful?
    Yes, you can. However, the cashback will only be credited to the TNG eWallet account used to make the payment after the successful issuance of the insurance policy or takaful certificate, subject to the availability of the cashback allocation. Each eligible user is entitled to receive the cashback once only throughout the Campaign Period.
  10. When will I get the cashback?
    Cashback will be credited to your TNG eWallet account within 10 working days after the relevant policy or certificate is issued.
  11. Who can I contact if I have not received my policy, certificate, or cashback?
