1. What is this Campaign about?
Users who enter the promo code “JIMAT15” when purchasing a motorcycle insurance policy / takaful certificate via MotoInsure during the Campaign Period shall be entitled to receive cashback based on the selected insurance/takaful coverage type, as follows:

2. What is the duration of this Campaign?
The duration of this campaign is from 12th June 2026 to 31st Aug 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
3. Who is eligible for this Campaign?
The Campaign is open to TNG eWallet users (“User”) who enter the promo code “JIMAT15” when purchasing a motorcycle insurance policy / takaful certificate via MotoInsure on TNG eWallet’s application.
4. Am I eligible for the Cashback if I forgot to key in the promo code?
No, you must key in the promo code during checkout of the transaction to enjoy the Cashback.
5. Where should I key in the promo code?
You can key in the promo code: “JIMAT15” in the “Promo Code” box at the “Summary” page.
6. Is there any minimum spending required to be eligible for this Campaign?
No, there is no minimum spending required for this campaign.
7. Is there a limit for this campaign?
Cashback will cease when the Campaign Period ends or when the total cashback budget of RM20,000 is exhausted, whichever comes first.
8. Can I purchase multiple insurance policies/takaful certificates and still be entitled for the Cashback in this Campaign?
Yes, you may purchase or renew multiple insurance policies/takaful certificates via MotoInsure, and each will still qualify for cashback (subject to the Campaign Terms & Conditions).
For New Users, the additional RM5 cashback is applicable to the first successful purchase only. Subsequent successful purchases will be treated under the Existing Users cashback tier.
Please note that the Cashback will only be credited to the TNG eWallet account used to make the payment.
9. Can I help my family members/friends renew their motorcycle insurance/takaful?
Yes, you can. However, the Cashback shall be credited to the TNG eWallet account used to make the payment upon successful insurance/takaful renewal if the budget for cashback remains.
10. When will I get the Cashback?
Cashback will be credited to your TNG eWallet account within 10 working days after policy / certificate issuance.
11. Who can I check with if I haven’t received my policy / certificate or Cashback?

- Policy / certificate issuance may take up to 3 days due to potential maintenance.

1. Apakah tawaran Kempen ini?
Pengguna yang memasukkan kod promosi “JIMAT15” semasa membeli polisi insurans atau sijil takaful motosikal melalui MotoInsure sepanjang Tempoh Kempen layak menerima pulangan tunai berdasarkan jenis perlindungan insurans/takaful yang dipilih:

2. Bilakah tempoh Kempen ini?
Kempen akan berlangsung dari 12hb Jun 2026 hingga 31hb Ogos 2026, kedua-dua tarikh termasuk (“Tempoh Kempen”)
3. Siapakah yang layak untuk Kempen ini?
Kempen ini terbuka kepada pengguna TNG eWallet (“Pengguna”) yang memasukkan kod promo “JIMAT15” semasa membeli polisi insurans / sijil takaful motosikal melalui MotoInsure di dalam aplikasi TNG eWallet.
4. Bolehkah saya masih mendapat Pulangan Tunai jika saya terlupa memasukkan kod promo?
Tidak, anda mesti memasukkan kod promo semasa pembayaran transaksi untuk menikmati Pulangan Tunai.
5. Di mana saya perlu menaip kod promo?
Anda boleh memasukkan kod promo “JIMAT15” di “Kod promosi” di halaman “Rumusan”.
6. Adakah perbelanjaan minimum diperlukan untuk memenuhi syarat untuk Kempen ini?
Tidak ada perbelanjaan minimum yang diperlukan untuk kempen ini.
7. Adakah terdapat had untuk kempen ini?
Pulangan tunai akan dihentikan apabila Tempoh Kempen berakhir atau apabila jumlah peruntukan pulangan tunai RM20,000 telah habis, mengikut mana yang terdahulu.
8. Bolehkah saya membeli lebih dari satu polisi insurans /sijil takaful dan masih layak mendapat Pulangan Tunai dalam Kempen ini?
Ya, anda boleh membeli atau memperbaharui pelbagai polisi insurans/sijil takaful melalui MotoInsure, dan setiap satu masih layak untuk pulangan tunai (tertakluk kepada Terma & Syarat Kempen).
Bagi Pengguna Baharu, pulangan tunai tambahan RM5 hanya terpakai untuk pembelian pertama yang berjaya sahaja. Pembelian berjaya yang berikutnya akan dikira di bawah kategori Pengguna Sedia Ada.
Sila ambil perhatian bahawa Pulangan Tunai hanya akan dikreditkan ke akaun TNG eWallet yang digunakan untuk membuat pembayaran.
9. Bolehkah saya memperbaharui insurans / takaful motosikal bagi pihak ahli keluarga atau rakan saya?
Ya, anda boleh. Walau bagaimanapun, Pulangan Tunai hanya akan dikreditkan ke akaun TNG eWallet yang digunakan untuk membuat pembayaran semasa pembaharuan polisi / sijil, tertakluk kepada baki bajet pulangan tunai.
10. Bilakah saya akan mendapat Pulangan Tunai?
Anda akan menerima pulangan tunai dalam akaun TNG eWallet anda dalam tempoh 10 hari bekerja selepas pengeluaran polisi / sijil berkenaan.
11. Dengan siapa saya boleh menghubungi jika saya belum menerima polisi / sijil atau Pulangan Tunai?

Sila ambil perhatian:
- Pengeluaran polisi / sijil mungkin mengambil masa sehingga 3 hari disebabkan kemungkinan kerja-kerja penyelenggaraan sistem.
