  1. What is this Campaign about?
    TNG eWallet users (“User”) who successfully perform and make payment for a motorcycle insurance policy / takaful certificate via MotoInsure with a minimum payment amount of RM125 during the Campaign Period is entitled to only ONE (1) randomized cashback (“Reward”) throughout the Campaign Period.
    The Reward is limited to the first 3,000 successful transactions on a first come, first served basis.
    The randomized cashback breakdown is as per below:

  1. What is the duration of this Campaign?
    The duration of this campaign is from 1 March 2026 to 15 April 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
  2. Who is eligible for this Campaign?
    The Campaign is open to TNG eWallet users (“User”) who successfully perform and make payment for a motorcycle insurance policy / takaful certificate via MotoInsure with a minimum payment amount of RM125 during the Campaign Period.
  3. Do I need to key in Promo Code to participate in this Campaign?
    No promo code is needed. You will be able to participate with a minimum payment amount of RM125 for your motorcycle insurance policy / takaful certificate via MotoInsure.
  4. Is there any minimum spending required to be eligible for this Campaign?
    Yes, there is a minimum spending requirement of RM125.
  5. Is there a limit for this campaign?
    Cashback will cease when the Campaign Period ends or when the total cashback budget of RM24,000 is exhausted, whichever occurs earlier.
  6. Can I purchase multiple insurance policies / takaful certificate to be entitled to the Cashback in this Campaign?
    No, each User is entitled to only ONE (1) randomized cashback (“Reward”) throughout the Campaign Period, regardless of the number of policies purchased.
  7. Can I help my family member / friend renew their motorcycle insurance / takaful?
    Yes, you can. However, the Cashback shall be credited to the TNG eWallet account used to make the payment if the budget for cashback remains.
  8. When will I get the Cashback?
    The Reward (cashback) shall be credited to the eligible User’s TNG eWallet account right after successful payment. In the event of any system or technical issue, the Organiser reserves the right to credit the Reward manually within a reasonable timeframe.
  9. Who can I check with if I haven’t received my policy / certificate or Cashback?

    Please note:
  • Policy / certificate issuance may take up to 3 days due to potential maintenance.
  • Cashback will be credited right after successful payment however in the event of any system or technical issue, the Organiser reserves the right to credit the Reward manually within a reasonable timeframe.
