Q1. What is this promotion?
The Campaign is open to TNG eWallet users who scan the dedicated QR at GoTravel Expo between 26 June – 28 June 2026 and receive a SafeTrip RM5 cashback voucher reward. The cashback voucher reward can be found under the “My Rewards” section of the GOrewards page in their TNG eWallet account.(“Eligible Users”).
Eligible Users are required to spend a minimum of RM10 on SafeTrip in a single transaction to receive the RM5 cashback. The first 2,000 Eligible Users who successfully purchase SafeTrip during Campaign Period will be eligible to enjoy the RM5 cashback, based on a first come, first served basis.
Q2. What is the duration of this promotion?
The Promotion Period is from 26 June 2026 to 31 July 2026, both dates inclusive.
Q3. Is there any minimum spend requirement per transaction?
Yes, Eligible Users will receive RM5 off their SafeTrip purchase in a single transaction, with a minimum spend of RM10 required.
Q4. Will everyone who receives the voucher enjoy RM5 off on their SafeTrip purchase?
No. Only the first 2,000 users who purchase a SafeTrip policy during the Campaign Period will be eligible to receive RM5 cashback, on a first come, first served basis.
Q5. How long is the RM5 cashback voucher valid?
The RM8 SafeTrip cashback voucher is valid from the date of issuance till 31 July 2026.
Q6. When can I receive the cashback?
The Cashback will be credited instantly to the eligible users’ respective TNG eWallet accounts upon successful SafeTrip purchase.
Q7. Is there any limit / capping for the campaign?
This Campaign will cease at the end of the Campaign Period or once 2,000 Eligible Users have successfully claimed the RM5 cashback, whichever is earlier.
Q8. Who should I contact if I do not receive the cashback within five working days after the policy is issued?
