  1. What is the Football Fiesta Check-In Campaign? 
    • The Football Fiesta Check-In Campaign is a fun and rewarding campaign where users can collect daily rewards and/or exclusive wallpaper designs to earn a Lucky Draw entry to win the Grand Prizes through the TNG eWallet App. 
  2. Who can participate?
    • The Campaign is open to all active TNG eWallet users with a valid account (“Users”). Users can access the Campaign via homepage tile and in-app banners, push notification or inbox. 
  3. When is the campaign period?
    • The campaign runs from 8 July 2026 to 21 July 2026.
  4. What types of Rewards are available under this Campaign? 
    • Cashback Reward: The Reward is in the form of free credit of up to RM0.50, with the amount randomly assigned for each claim. The actual amount awarded is determined through an algorithmic randomisation process. 
    • Exclusive Wallpaper Designs: Collect ten (10) randomised wallpaper designs to earn a Lucky Draw entry to win the Grand Prizes.  
    • Lucky Draw Grand Prizes: Macbook Neo (x2 winners)
  5. How do I collect the daily rewards?
    • Users must tap the claim button in the Campaign page within the TNG eWallet App during the Campaign Period. The Cashback Reward / Exclusive Wallpaper Designs (“Reward”) will be credited automatically into user’s wallet.
  6. How many times can I receive designs?
    • Each Eligible User is entitled to claim the Reward / Exclusive Wallpaper Designs once a day only.
  7. How do I participate in the Lucky Draw campaign?
    • Once Users collect all ten (10) wallpaper designs, they become eligible to win the Grand Prizes.
  8. How do I know if I have collected a design?
    • Users may view their collected designs and track their progress by visiting the Campaign page within the TNG eWallet App.
  9. How can I track my progress?
    • Users can track by visiting the Campaign page within the TNG eWallet App. The collection will automatically update in real-time and reflected on the progress bar.
  10. When will I receive my Macbook Neo?
    • After the Campaign Period has ended, winners will receive a push notification requesting confirmation or submission of their delivery details to facilitate prize delivery.
    • The Macbook Neo will be delivered after the Campaign Period ends on 21 July 2026, subject to the provision of accurate and complete delivery details by the user. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
      • West Malaysia: five (5) to seven (7) working days  
      • East Malaysia: seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days
  11. Can I exchange or transfer my reward?
    • No. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash unless stated otherwise.
  12. Can I choose which design I get?
    • No. Designs are randomised automatically by the system, and users cannot select, reverse, or swap designs.
