Q1 What is this promotion about?
This is a targeted Promotion for selected users who received notice(s) regarding this Promotion via in-App notifications on TNG eWallet. Eligible Users are able to redeem one promo code to purchase a MyCTOS Score Report from TNG eWallet.
Q2 What is the duration of this promotion?
The promotion runs from 9 April to 8 June 2026, or until all promo codes are fully redeemed, whichever comes first.
Q3 Who is eligible for this promotion?
This Promotion is only valid for selected TNG eWallet users who have received a push notification, in-app communication, or have been shown a targeted promotional banner for this Promotion.
The cashback voucher is limited to first 6,000 redemptions. The Promotion will cease once the promotion have been fully redeemed or utilized, or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.
Q4 How many times can I redeem the promo code?
Each Eligible User can redeem only ONE (1) promo code during the campaign period.
Q5 How do I redeem the promo code?
You can redeem the promo code in either of these ways:
Option 1: From the in-app notification
- Tap the notification you received in the TNG eWallet app.
- You will be directed to the checkout page.
- Enter the promo code in the promo code field.
- Once applied successfully, the discount will be reflected in the total amount.
Option 2: Redeem manually in the app
- Open the TNG eWallet app and tap on the CTOS Report icon.
- Under the CTOS Score section, select “Get this” for the Single Report.
- On the checkout page, enter the promo code.
- The total amount will be discounted once the promo code is applied successfully.
Q6 Can I combine this promo code with other vouchers?
This Promotion shall be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
Q7 What is in a MyCTOS Score Report?
It is a personal credit report that contains detailed information about your debt, account histories for credit cards and loans such as payment history, including any late payments, your credit limits or loan amounts, your account balances and credit inquiries. Legal cases and bankruptcies are also listed in a separate section of the credit report as well as directorships, business interests and non-bank debts (Trade Reference).
The report also includes your credit score and recommendations on what you can do to improve this score.
Q8 Why is it important for you to get the MyCTOS Score Report?
It is a good financial management practice to understand your credit health. With the recommendations in the report, you can also work towards improving your credit score.
Banks and other lenders use this information as part of the credit evaluation process before approving any credit applications like credit cards and loans. Knowing what’s in your credit report will help you identify areas to fix so you can get higher chances of loan approval.
The importance of having a good credit report isn’t limited to financial products only. Potential landlords may also review your credit report to decide whether to rent their property to you or not. Some employers even check credit reports as part of the job application process.
Q9 Will my credit score in the MyCTOS Score Report change over time?
Yes, it will. We recommend a new report every 3 months to check if your credit score has improved and for you to be updated on where you stand in your credit health.
