Q1 What does this campaign offer? 

This campaign offers eligible Touch ’n Go eWallet users a 1% cashback reward upon successful application and acceptance of an Alliance Bank CashFirst Personal Loan with a minimum loan amount of RM12,000 via CashLoan during the Campaign Period. To qualify, the loan must be fully disbursed and the user must successfully make the first instalment payment in accordance with the loan repayment schedule. The cashback is based on the approved loan amount per eligible user, subject to the applicable campaign terms and reward allocation.
 

Q2 How do I participate in this campaign? 

To participate, you are required to apply for an Alliance Bank CashFirst Personal Loan via CashLoan on Touch ‘n Go eWallet and obtain approval for a minimum loan amount of Ringgit Malaysia Twelve Thousand (RM12,000.00) with a minimum tenure of (12) months. You must accept the approved loan offer, have the loan fully disbursed within the Campaign Period, and successfully make the first instalment payment to qualify for the cashback reward. 

In addition, your Touch ’n Go eWallet account must remain active and must not be dormant, suspended, cancelled, or terminated throughout the Campaign Period and until reward fulfilment is completed.

 

Q3 How is the cashback amount calculated? 

Cashback is calculated at 1% of your approved loan amount per eligible user. 

For example: 

  • If your approved loan amounts is RM12,000, the cashback will be calculated as RM12,000 x 1%, which amounts to RM120.  
  • If your approved loan amount is RM150,000, the cashback will be calculated as RM150,000 x 1%, which amounts to RM1,500.  

 

Q4 What is the duration of this campaign? 

The Campaign shall commence from 1 July 2026 to 30 September 2026, both dates inclusive. 

The campaign is divided into (3) campaign cycles: 

  • 1st Cycle: 1 July 2026 to 31 July 2026 
  • 2nd Cycle: 1 August 2026 to 31 August 2026 
  • 3rd Cycle: 1 September 2026 to 30 September 2026

Q5 How many cashback rewards can I receive? 

Each eligible user can receive a maximum of one (1) cashback reward only throughout the entire Campaign Period, regardless of how many loan applications are submitted, approved, accepted, or disbursed.

 

Q6 How is the cashback reward allocated? 

A total of 450 cashback rewards are available during the Campaign Period, with: 

  • 150 rewards allocated for Cycle 1 
  • 150 rewards allocated for Cycle 2 
  • 150 rewards allocated for Cycle 3 

Rewards are distributed based on approved loan tiers:

Note: Cashback rewards are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the date the approved loan is successfully disbursed. 

 

Q7 How will I receive my cashback reward? 

If you are verified as an eligible user, your cashback reward will be credited directly into your Touch ‘n Go eWallet account. TNGD’s validation of your eligibility based on Alliance Bank’s records and other relevant supporting data.  

 

Q8 When will I receive the cashback reward? 

The cashback will be credited within ninety (90) days after the end of the respective campaign cycle, subject to successful validation, fulfilment checks, and operational processing by TNGD. 

This means: 

  • Cycle 1 → within 90 days after 31 July 2026 
  • Cycle 2 → within 90 days after 31 August 2026 
  • Cycle 3 → within 90 days after 30 September 2026

Q9 How will I know if I am the reward winner? 

Eligible users who qualify for the cashback reward will be notified by TNGD via in-app push notification. You may also check the notification in your eWallet Inbox for updates. All rewards remain subject to final eligibility validation.

 

Q10 Can I exchange or transfer my cashback reward? 

No. The cashback reward is non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable for cash or any other benefit. 

 

Q11 What is CashLoan? 

CashLoan is a service made available by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd to customers for electronic access and application for personal loan via the CashLoan icon in the TNG eWallet mobile app. 

 

Q12 What is Alliance Bank CashFirst Personal Loan? 

Alliance Bank CashFirst Personal Loan is the underlying personal loan product made available via TNG eWallet’s CashLoan icon. 

 

Q13 What are the benefits of obtaining an Alliance Bank CashFirst Personal Loan via CashLoan? 

The features and benefits are as follows: 

  • Flexible loan amount ranging up to RM150,000.00 depending on eligibility.  
  • Flexible loan duration between 1 year to 7 years depending on eligibility. 
  • Low income requirement at RM3,000.00 per month.
