Q5      Are there any capping/limitations to this promotion?
Each Winner is entitled to one (1) unit of Contest Reward throughout the Contest Period. A total of 6 winners (“Winner(s)”) will be selected by the end of each Contest Period. 2 winners will be chosen from Facebook, 2 winners from Instagram, and 2 winners from XHS.

Q6      How will the Winners be informed?
TNGD will notify Winners via direct message (DM) to the social media profile used to participate in the Contest (either Facebook, Instagram or XHS). Upon issuance of the Prize, TNGD shall bear no responsibility or liability in relation to the Winner’s receipt, non-receipt, usage, or non-usage of the Prize or the associated Reload PIN, for any reason whatsoever. We shall not be responsible or liable in the event the Prize is redeemed, used, or otherwise exploited by any third party (with or without the Winner’s consent).

Q7      How will the Campaign Reward be distributed?
The Campaign Reward will be in the form of Digital Gold, in which the Winner will receive through the e-Mas platform on his/her Touch ‘n Go eWallet within 30 days from the end of each Contest Period (“Reward Distribution Date”).
