1. What is this campaign about?

2. What is the duration of this promotion?

The Campaign Period is from 1 November to 31 December 2025, both dates inclusive.

3. How is the winner selected?

Winner(s) will be randomly selected from the list of eligible Users who fulfilled the requirements above through a computerised randomiser, after the Campaign Period.

4. How will I know if I am the Winner? How do I claim the Prize?

The Winner will be contacted via email by TNGD after the Campaign Period ends. The Winner will then be required to:

  1. To claim the Prize(s), the selected Winner(s) must first correctly answer one (1) question and follow the instructions provided in the email. Failure to do so within the stipulated timeline will result in forfeiture of the Winner(s)’ eligibility.
  2. The Winner(s) must provide proof of identification and contact details to TNGD via email for the Prize delivery/collection arrangement.
  3. The fulfilment period for the Prize(s) is within three (3) months from the date the Winner(s) is successfully contacted.
  4. The delivery or the collection of the Prize(s) shall be handled by CTOS, who may contact the Winner(s) to facilitate the process.

5. What is in a MyCTOS Score Report?

It is a personal credit report that contains detailed information about your debt, account histories for credit cards and loans such as payment history, including any late payments, your credit limits or loan amounts, your account balances and credit inquiries. Legal cases and bankruptcies are also listed in a separate section of the credit report as well as directorships, business interests and non-bank debts (Trade Reference).

The report also includes your credit score and recommendations on what you can do to improve this score.

6. Why should I purchase a MyCTOS Score Report?

It is a good financial management practice to understand your credit health. With the recommendations in the report, you can also work towards improving your credit score. 

Besides, banks and other lenders use this information as part of the credit evaluation process before approving any credit applications like credit cards and loans. Knowing what is in your credit report will help you identify areas to be fixed so you can get higher changes of loan approval.

The importance of having a good credit report is not limited to financial products only. Potential landlords may also review your credit report to decide whether to rent their property to you or not. Some employers even check credit reports as part of the job application process.

7. Will my credit score in the MyCTOS Score Report change over time?

Yes, it will. We recommend a new report every 3 months to check if your credit score has improved and for you to be updated on where you stand in your credit health.
