  1. What is the campaign duration of the Year End Escapes with Crossborder QR Campaign?
    The Year End Escapes with Crossborder QR Campaign runs from 1 October 2025 to 31 December 2025.
  2. Who is eligible for the Year End Escapes with Crossborder QR Campaign?
    Participation in this Campaign is open to all registered TNG eWallet users who perform Overseas QR transactions via Alipay+ rail during the Campaign Period (“Eligible Users”).
  3. How does the campaign work?
    This campaign has two (2) mechanics:
    • Mechanic 1: Spin the Wheel

      1. For every successful Overseas QR transaction, users will receive one (1) spin chance (1 Overseas QR transaction = 1 spin chance).
      2. Spin chances and cashback vouchers are available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
      3. Users can win cashback vouchers worth RM0.10, RM0.20, RM0.50, RM2.00, RM5.00, RM8.00, or RM10.00.
      4. Each user can receive up to 10 vouchers during the campaign period.
      5. The cashback will be credited to your TNG eWallet account, subject to availability at the time of issuance. If any eligible purchases are refunded, cancelled, voided, or reversed, TNGD
      6. reserves the right to deduct the cashback previously credited without prior notice. 
      7. Each voucher comes with a minimum spend requirement as shown below:

    • Mechanic 2: Monthly Top Spenders
      1. At the end of each month during the Campaign Period, one (1) top spender per country (China, Korea, Japan) will win a 2g eMAS prize.
      2. Winners are determined based on the highest total Overseas QR transaction amount in that respective month.
      3. There will be a total of nine (9) winners across the campaign period.

  4. How and when will the winners be announced?
    Winners will be announced on the 15th of the following month. For example, October winners will be announced on 15 November on TNGD’s official social media channels. Winners will also get an email notification at their registered TNG eWallet email address.

  5. What do winners need to do after receiving the email?
    Winners must respond to the email within three (3) days from the date it was sent. If a winner fails to respond, TNGD reserves the right to forfeit the prize, and it will be deemed void.

  6. Can the prize be transferred or exchanged?
    – No. All prizes and vouchers are:
    -Non-transferable
    -Non-exchangeable
    -Non-replaceable
    -Cannot be exchanged for cash or other items

  7. How are winners verified?
    TNGD reserves the right to request proof of transactions from winners to verify the authenticity and eligibility of the winning transactions.

  8. Are prizes guaranteed?
    TNGD reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equivalent value without prior notice, should it be necessary.

  9. Can this campaign be combined with other promotions?
    No. This campaign cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
