Q1     What is the CashLoan Year End Campaign: Loan & Win?
This Campaign is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd in collaboration with Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad (ABMB) and CIMB Bank Berhad (CIMB). Eligible TNG eWallet Users stand a chance to win prizes when they successfully apply, accept, and disburse a personal loan via CashLoan during the Campaign Period.

 

Q2     When is the Campaign Period?
The Campaign runs from 1 November 2025 to 15 December 2025 (both dates inclusive).

 

Q3     Who is eligible to participate and how do I qualify?
The Campaign is open to all TNG eWallet Users, except employees of TNG Digital, ABMB, and CIMB. To qualify, you are required to:

 

i.    Apply for a Personal Loan via CashLoan on TNG eWallet within the Campaign

      Period;and

ii.   Have a minimum approved loan of RM5,000 with minimum tenure of 24 months; and

iii.  Accept and disburse the loan within the Campaign Period.

 

Q4     How are entries earned?
For Eligible User(s) who successfully submit, get an approved loan, accepted the offer and

          disbursed during the campaign, entries will be based on the criteria stipulated as below based

          on final acceptance loan amount:

Q5     Can I win more than one prize?
No. Each Eligible User can only win one (1) prize throughout the Campaign Period. If you win a Bi-Weekly Prize, you will no longer be eligible for the Grand Prize.

 

Q6     What are the Campaign Prize(s)?
There are two (2) types of prizes:

                 i.   Grand Prize: All-in Travel Voucher to Maldives (2 Winners, 1 from each Partner Bank)

                ii.   Bi-Weekly Prize: RM1,000 TNG eWallet Reload Pin (40 Winners in total, 20 winners per round; 10 winners from each Partner Bank                   
Note: TNGD reserves the right to revise, vary, and/or amend the unit price of any or all the prizes
without prior notice to the winner(s).

Q7 How do I know if I am the Winner?
Winner of the Campaign Prize(s) will be selected within Fourteen (14) working days for:

                 i.   Bi-Weekly Prize Winners : after each Campaign Week ends

                ii.   Grand Prize Winners : after the end of the Campaign Period

          The selected Winner(s) of the Campaign Prize(s) are required to answer ONE (1) question correctly and provide proof of identification and contact details for verification purpose when contacted by  TNG Digital Sdn Bhd before the redemption/fulfillment of the prize can be completed. Failure to do so would result in the cancellation of the prize(s) won by the Winner(s).

Q8     What is CashLoan?

A8      CashLoan is a service made available by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd to customers for electronic access and application for personal loan via the CashLoan icon in the TNG eWallet mobile app.

 

Q9     Who are the Partner Bank and products for CashLoan?

A9      ABMB (Alliance CashFirst Personal Loan) and CIMB (e-Zi Tunai Personal Loan) is the underlying personal loan product made available via TNG eWallet’s CashLoan icon.

Q10     What are the benefits of obtaining a Personal Loan via CashLoan?
The features and benefits are as follows:

                      i.        Flexible loan amount ranging up to RM150,000 depending on eligibility.

                     ii.        Flexible loan duration up to 7 years depending on eligibility.

                    iii.        Low income requirement at RM1,400.00 per month.
