What do I need to do if I forgot / want to change my Security Questions?

You may use these simple steps:

  1. Click on the “reactivate your account?” at the Touch ‘n Go eWallet login page.
  2. Click “Reset Security Question”
  3. Key in Login ID and reset code (can be obtained by calling Customer Careline at 03-27148888
  4. Receive the reset code via SMS on your registered mobile number
  5. Set up new security question and answer
