Ecosystem Strategy & Execution: drive the design and delivery of cross-commercial projects that span multiple verticals (e.g., mobility, telco, gaming, eCommerce).
Project Leadership: lead end-to-end execution of high-priority initiatives.
Commercial Alignment: ensure initiatives are designed with merchant/user needs in mind, delivering measurable business outcomes across revenue, efficiency, and engagement.
Stakeholder Management: partner with internal Commercial stakeholders, Product, Operations, Risk, and other relevant stakeholders to align objectives, secure buy-in, and deliver coordinated execution.
Process & Operations Improvement: identify and drive enhancements in core commercial processes (e.g., refunds, PSR, reconciliation) to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Insights & Reporting: track performance of ecosystem projects, generate insights, and present outcomes to senior management and executive leadership.
Innovation & Foresight: anticipate emerging trends in payments, platforms, and merchant services, and translate them into future-ready ecosystem initiatives.
Requirements
Experience: 8+ years in strategy, business development, or commercial operations, ideally with cross-industry or platform experience.
Proven experience: payments, fintech, eCommerce, or telco, with exposure to cross-vertical projects or ecosystem-building initiatives
Strong project leadership: able to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with clear execution discipline.
Strategic mindset: able to connect dots across business lines and frame initiatives that drive long-term ecosystem value.
Commercial and operational acumen: understands merchant needs, payment flows, and operational pain points.
Analytical skills: capable of translating data into project direction, business cases, and measurable impact.
Excellent communication: skilled in presenting at senior levels and aligning diverse teams around shared priorities.
