Own the product development process from concept to launch, for both new product opportunities and improvements to existing offerings based on market analysis and customer feedback
Coordinate and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including commercial, user experience design, business intelligence, compliance, risk, finance, project manager, developer, quality assurance and customer care to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives
Work with partners in ensuring payment services maintain adequate performance
Growth of relevant commercial use cases in the TNGD app
Communicate roadmap changes of assignment domains with justifiable impact to stakeholders
Establish and monitor key performance metrics to measure product success and make data-driven decision, carry out post implementation review
Good evaluation of product requirement requests, both from business owners and self-initiation with proven post launch results
Stay informed about industry developments and competitors’ product offerings
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related fields
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Basic understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
