Duties & Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES· Assist in developing and maintaining high performance backend applications.· Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry standards and best practices.· Support the team in debugging and troubleshooting software defects to ensure smooth and error-free functionality.· Collaborate with senior developers and team members to design, develop, and implement new features.· Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and improve coding skills.· Contribute to developing and executing unit tests to ensure high-quality and reliable software.· Assist in maintaining and optimizing application performance for low-latency, high-throughput transactions.· Work closely with QA and product teams to understand business requirements and ensure applications meet customer needs.· Learn and apply security best practices to ensure data protection and compliance with fintech regulations. · Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development skills.

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS Qualification: · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications in Java, Cloud Computing or related technologies are a plus.
Experiences: · Internship or 1-2 years of experience in Java development or related roles.
Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g. JUnit) is a plus.
Hands-on experience with vibe coding or similar AI-assisted development approaches is highly encouraged.
Skills: · Proficiency in Java and understanding of Java-based frameworks (e.g. Spring).
Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g. SQL) and basic understanding of ORM frameworks (e.g. Hibernate or MyBatis).
Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git).
Understanding of basic web technologies and RESTful API development.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
