1. Who can participate in the Games Hub Infinix Campaign (“Campaign”)?
The Campaign is open to all TNG eWallet users with a valid Malayia registered mobile number. Please refer to the specific Games Hub Infinix Campaign (Sept) Terms & Conditions for more information.
2. What is the duration of the Campaign?
The Campaign will run from 1 – 30 September for duration of thirty (30) days (“Campaign Period”).
3. How do I participate in the Campaign?
To participate in the Campaign, you must visit the TNG Games Hub and play the Starship Showdown game. Your score will be uploaded and recorded into the game’s leaderboard. Your highest score will be displayed.
4. How many times can I participate in the Campaign?
You can participate in this Campaign multiple times by playing the Starship Showdown game during the Campaign Period. Scores from all game plays including your daily FREE game plays will be counted and are eligible.
5. Will my points be refunded if I do not win any prizes?
No, points used to play the Starship Showdown game during the Campaign Period are non-refundable in the event a user does not win any prize.
6. How are Campaign winners being chosen?
After the Campaign Period ends, the top 3 ranked users in the Starship Showdown monthly leaderboard will be the winners. In the event of a tied score on the top 3 position, the person who is first to achieve the score will be chosen as the winner.
7. What can I win by participating in the Campaign?
The top 3 ranked users at the end of the campaign period will win the following prizes:

8. How many units of prizes can I win during the entire Campaign Period?
Each eligible participant is entitled to win only ONE (1) prize during the entire duration of the Campaign Period.
9. How will I know that I have won?
Winner announcement will be made within FOURTEEN (14) working days after the Campaign Period through the GOrewards promotion page, Facebook or Instagram posts. The winners will be contacted by TNGD via email and/or SMS within SEVEN (7) working days from announcement. Winners are required to provide proof of identification and contact details to TNGD via email for prize collection arrangement.
10. I have been selected as a winner. When will I receive my prize?
The prize will be fulfilled within THREE (3) months upon successfully contacting the winners. In the event that it is not met, TNGD reserves all rights at any time, at its absolute discretion without any prior notice to substitute the prizes with another prize of equivalent value to the published Recommended Retail Price (RRP).
11. What if I cannot be contacted due to invalid contact details or other reasons?
The eligibility to claim the prize will be forfeited if the winners cannot be contacted by within ONE (1) week from the announcement date. Therefore, TNGD has the right to select the next highest ranked user as the eligible winner at its absolute discretion.
12. How do I get or collect my prize?
All eligible winners will be contacted by TNGD via email and/or SMS for prize delivery/collection arrangement and are required to reply via the same email received. Winners will have to collect the prize at the TNGD office in Bangsar South, KL.
13. If I have won a prize, can I exchange it for cash or other products?
All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or any other kind whether in part or in full.
14. Who or where can I complain to as my prize did not arrive as expected (missing items, scratches on products etc.)?
TNGD makes no warranties or representations with respect to the prizes and shall not be responsible nor liable for any misuse of any of the prizes, nor for any claims, liability, loss or damages arising out of or in connection with the prizes associated with the Campaign.
