User who makes a purchase of My50 Pass via Travel Pass in TNG eWallet can get a randomised cashback (Capped at RM50).

• What is the duration of this campaign?

The Campaign Period is from 11 November 2025 until 12 December 2025, both dates inclusive.

The randomised cashback (Capped at RM50) is limited to first 35,400 eligible transactions. The campaign will cease once the cashbacks have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the promotion period, whichever is earlier.

• Who is eligible for this campaign?

The campaign is applicable only to new Digital Travel Pass users who has never purchased a Digital Pass via TNG eWallet.

• Is the campaign valid at all physical and online stores?

Campaign is valid for Digital Travel Pass purchase via TNG eWallet only. It is not valid for Prasarana physical counter purchases.

• Are there any capping/limitations to this promotion?

The randomised cashback (Capped at RM50) is limited to first 35,400 eligible transactions and is capped at one (1) time per user.

The campaign will cease once the cashbacks have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the campaign period, whichever is earlier.

• When will I receive the cashback?

The randomised cashback (Capped at RM50) will be credited back to the respective TNG eWallet within THREE (3) working days (Monday to Friday excluding Malaysia public holidays) after the eligible transaction date. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Promotion.
