1. What is the BUDI95 Cashback Campaign?
The BUDI95 Cashback Campaign rewards eligible users who refuel BUDI95 using the Touch ‘n Go eWallet. Earn stamp for each eligible transaction and redeem cashback vouchers directly via the BUDI95 campaign page.
2. How do I earn stamps?
You’ll earn one (1) stamp per day for when you make a BUDI95 fuel transaction using the Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
3. Who is eligible to participate in this BUDI95 Cashback Campaign?
To participate in this Campaign, you are required to be a Malaysian citizen with a registered Touch ‘n Go eWallet and are eligible for BUDI95 fuel.
4. Is there a limit to how many stamps I can earn per day?
Yes. Each user can only earn a maximum of one (1) stamp per day, regardless of how many eligible transactions are made.
5. What rewards do I get from my stamps?
Each stamp entitles you to claim one (1) cashback voucher for 20% cashback on your next BUDI95 fuel purchase, capped at RM20.00.
6. How do I claim the cashback voucher?
After earning a stamp:
1. Go to the BUDI95 Stamp Card page in your TNG eWallet app.
2. Tap “Claim” to collect your cashback voucher.
3. The voucher will appear in your My Rewards section and can be used for your next eligible BUDI95 transaction.
7. My cashback voucher didn’t appear, or cashback wasn’t received, what should I do?
If your cashback voucher or cashback is not reflected after 3 working days, please:
a. Check that your transaction met the campaign’s requirements and/or the cashback voucher’s terms and conditions.
b. If still unresolved, contact Customer Service via Help Centre in your TNG eWallet app. Attach your transaction receipt for faster assistance
8. How long is my cashback voucher valid?
Each cashback voucher is valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of claim, or until the Campaign ends, whichever occurs first.
9. What happens if I don’t use my cashback voucher in time?
If the cashback voucher is not claimed or used within its validity period, it will automatically be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
10. Are the cashback vouchers limited?
Yes, the cashback vouchers are issued on a first come, first served basis, and are limited to the first 30,000 transactions only.
11. How many cashback vouchers can I use per day?
Each user can use 1 cashback voucher per day throughout the campaign period.
12. Where can I view my stamps and vouchers?
You can view your stamp progress and available vouchers directly on the BUDI95 page in your TNG eWallet app.
13. What is the campaign period?
The campaign runs from 7 December 2025 to 31 December 2025.
14. What happens if I forget to claim my reward?
If you do not manually claim your stamp reward (cashback voucher) before the campaign ends, it will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.
15. Can I transfer my stamps to another account?
No. Stamps are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
