TNGD Business Account RM20 Reward & RM1 Soundbox Campaign

1. What is the “TNGD Business Account RM20 Reward & RM1 Soundbox Campaign”?

The TNGD Business Account RM20 Reward & RM1 Soundbox Campaign is an initiative by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd to reward new merchants who sign up and start using the TNG Digital Business Account. Eligible merchants who maintain a minimum balance of RM500 for 14 consecutive days within their first 5 days of sign-up will receive a RM20 bonus within 21 business days after the campaign ends.

2. What is the duration of the campaign?

The campaign will run from 17 November 2025 to 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive).

3. Who is eligible to participate in this campaign?

This campaign is open only to new TNG Digital Business Account holders who register during the campaign period.

Existing TNG Digital Business Account holders or reactivated accounts are not eligible.

4. How do I participate in the campaign?

• Sign up for a TNG Digital Business Account during the campaign period.
• Maintain a minimum balance of RM500 for 14 consecutive days, within the first 5 days after sign-up.
• Once the requirement is fulfilled, you will receive a RM20 bonus in your TNG eWallet within 21 business days after the campaign ends.

5. What will I receive from this campaign?

Eligible merchants will receive:

• A RM20 bonus (after maintaining RM500 for 14 consecutive days within the first 5 sign-up days), and
• Eligibility to purchase a Set Soundbox (without SIM) for only RM1 during the campaign period.

6. How can I get the RM 20 bonus?

Once you meet the criteria (maintaining RM500 for 14 consecutive days within the first 5 sign-up days), the RM20 bonus will be credited to your TNG eWallet within 21 business days after the campaign ends.

7. How does the RM 1 Set Soundbox (Without SIM) offer work?

Eligible new TNG Digital Business Account holders can purchase the Set Soundbox (Without SIM) for RM 1 during campaign period.

Terms & Conditions apply: The RM1 Set Soundbox (Without SIM) offer is applicable only to merchants achieving total transactions of at least RM10,000 by 30 November 2026. A RM110 fee will be charged if this condition is not met.

8. When can I redeem or purchase the RM 1 Set Soundbox (Without SIM)?

Once you have successfully opted in as a Business Account user, you will be eligible to purchase the Set Soundbox (Without SIM) (without SIM) for RM1 through the Merchant Dashboard

9. What happens if I close my Business Account before completing 14 days?

Merchants who fail to maintain RM500 for 14 consecutive days within their first 5 sign-up days, or close their Business Account before completing the duration, will be disqualified from receiving the RM20 bonus.

10. Can I transfer or exchange the RM 20 Reward for cash?

No. The RM 20 bonus is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

11. Can I join the campaign if I already have a TNG Digital Business Account?

No. This campaign is strictly limited to new Business Account sign-ups only. Existing merchants with business account or reactivated TNG Digital Business Account holders are not eligible.

12. What should I do if I did not receive the RM 20 bonus after 21 days after campaign ends?

13. Is there a limit to how many rewards I can get?

Yes. Each new merchant is entitled to one (1) RM 20 Reward and one (1) RM 1 Set Soundbox (Without SIM) offer only.

14. Are there any additional terms and conditions?

Yes. By participating in this campaign, merchants agree to be bound by all the Terms & Conditions of the campaign. TNG Digital reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.

15. Can TNG Digital staff participate in this campaign?

No. Employees of TNG Digital Sdn Bhd and TNG are not eligible to participate in this campaign.

16. What happens if I do not achieve the required RM10,000 total transactions by 30 November 2026 for the RM1 Set Soundbox (Without SIM) offer?

If merchants fail to meet the minimum RM10,000 total transaction requirement by 30 November 2026, TNG Digital will initiate a 10-day clawback period. If the merchant still fails to meet the requirement within this period, TNG Digital will proceed to terminate the merchant’s QR.
