1. What is this campaign about?
Buy a Visa Travel Card and then purchase a Travel eSIM during the campaign period to enjoy 50% cashback (capped at RM5) on your next Travel eSIM purchase.

2. When is the campaign period?
12 December 2025 – 31 December 2025 (inclusive).

3. Who can join this campaign?
Any TNG eWallet user who:

• Buys a Visa Travel Card during the campaign period, and
• Then purchases a Travel eSIM.

4. How much cashback will I get?
50% cashback, capped at RM5, for your Travel eSIM purchase.

5. How many times can I get the cashback?
Once only, during the campaign period.

6. When will I receive the cashback?
Immediately after purchasing the Travel eSIM.

7. When will the campaign end?
When all rewards have been fully redeemed or by 31 December 2025, whichever comes first.

8. Can I transfer the cashback to someone else?
No. Cashback will only be credited to the eligible user’s TNG eWallet account.

9. What if I close my TNG eWallet account during the campaign?
You’ll be disqualified from the campaign.

10. What happens if I get a refund after receiving the cashback?
The cashback amount will be deducted from your TNG eWallet balance as the transaction will no longer be eligible.

11. Can I be excluded from the campaign?
Yes. TNGD may exclude users who are found to be abusive or in breach of TNG eWallet’s Terms & Conditions.
