What is the duration of this promotion?

The promotion period is from 26 December 2025 until 30 April 2026, both dates inclusive.

Who is eligible for this promotion?

Touch ‘n Go eWallet Users will get RM5 cashback when they spend minimum of RM25 in a single transaction via the Lalamove app/website platforms.

Are there any capping/limitations to this promotion?

This promotion is only limited to the first 12,000 redemptions. The promotion will cease once the total number of transactions have been achieved, or at the expiration of the promotion period, whichever is earlier.

Each user may only receive the cashback ONE (1) time only throughout the promotion period.

When will I receive the cashback?

The cashback will be credited into user’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet account immediately upon successful transaction.
