- What is this promotion?
This Promotion is open to TNG eWallet users who successfully perform and purchase SafeTrip transaction during Campaign period (“Eligible Users”). Each successful purchase transaction entitles the Eligible User to ONE (1) entry to participate in the “Kita Ong Kita Raya” gamification activity. - What is the duration of this promotion?
The Promotion Period is from 1st February 2026 to 31st March 2026, both dates inclusive. - When and where can I play the “Kita Ong Kita Raya” gamification activity?
Eligible Users who successfully purchase a SafeTrip Insurance plan (the user who performs the transaction) during the campaign period will receive an email communication from AIA within two (2) working days after the successful transaction. This email will contain access to the “Kita Ong Kita Raya” activity, where users can play and review the cashback value. - Which email should I check for the gamification link?
The gamification email will be sent to the registered email address of the eWallet account owner who made the purchase on SafeTrip. For example, if Ali purchased SafeTrip using his own account, the email will be sent to the email address Ali registered with his TNG eWallet. - What I need to do when I receive the gamification email?
You need to open the email and enter the phone number registered with your TNG eWallet. Then, open a red packet / sample to reveal your cashback value. - How many times can I play per email that I receive?
There is no limit to the number of transactions a user can make. Each successful SafeTrip transaction qualifies for one (1) entry. Users can participate in the “Kita Ong Kita Raya” gamification once per entry. - If my friend purchases SafeTrip for me in the same transaction, will I also get to play?
No, only the purchaser will receive the gamification email from AIA for each successful transaction. - Is there a validity period for me to play the “Kita Ong Kita Raya” gamification?
The “Kita Ong Kita Raya” activity link will remain valid until 12 April 2026. The earned entry(s) for users who do not participate or complete the activity by this date will be forfeited, and no claims will be entertained after the validity period. - When can I receive the cashback?
The Cashback shall be credited to the users’ respective TNG eWallet accounts within 10 working days from the date of user plays through “Kita Ong Kita Raya” gamification activity. - Is there any limit / capping for the campaign?
The total maximum cashback fund of this Campaign is RM29,055 that is to be given out to all Eligible Users through the “Kita Ong Kita Raya” gamification activity, based on first come, first served basis.
