The Campaign is open to TNG eWallet users who enter the promo code : ONGRAYA and successfully make their first-ever purchase of CI Insure during Campaign period (“Eligible Users”). Each successful transaction entitles the Eligible User to receive cashback up to RM80 based on the plan selection. - What is the duration of this promotion?
The Promotion Period is from 1st February 2026 to 31st March 2026, both dates inclusive. - How is the cashback amount calculated?
The cashback amount will be based on the below plan selection:

- When can I receive the cashback?
The Cashback shall be credited to the users’ respective TNG eWallet accounts by the 10th of the following month after issuance of the said policy. - Is there a limit / capping for this campaign?
The total maximum cashback fund of this Campaign is RM4,170 that is to be given out to all Eligible Users throughout the Campaign Period based on a first come, first served basis. - Can I still get the cashback if I renew my plan through auto debit?
No, only new purchases of CI Insure will be entitled to get the cashback reward. - I purchased CI Insure during the campaign period but forgot to enter the promo code. Am I still eligible for the cashback?
No. The promo code is required to track eligible transactions and to award the cashback. - Do I need to choose annual payment mode to get the cashback?
No, you can choose either monthly or annual payment mode for the CI Insure plan. - When can I receive the cashback?
The Cashback shall be credited to users’ respective TNG eWallet accounts by the 10th of the following month after the issuance of the said policy. - Is there any limit / capping for the campaign?
