Q1          What is this campaign about?

The CTOS CNY Social Media Campaign 2026 is a social media contest where participants stand a chance to win RM188 TNG eWallet Reload PIN on TNGD’s official Instagram account (@touchngoewallet).

Q2          What are the campaign mechanics?
In order to be eligible for this Campaign and to stand a chance to win the Prize, Users must follow TNGD’s official Instagram account (@touchngoewallet) and comment on the Campaign post featuring red, yellow and green money packet. The comment must consist of the following:

                            i.            Correct answer to the question “How many money packets do you see?”; and

                          ii.            Tag TWO (2) friends.

Q3          What is the duration of this promotion?

The Campaign Period is from 27 January 2026 to 9 February 2026, both dates inclusive.

 

Q4          How is the winner selected?

Twenty (20) Winners will be selected randomly from the list of eligible participants who have fulfilled all entry requirements.

Q5          How will I know if I am the Winner? How do I claim the Prize?

The Winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message (DM) by @touchngoewallet after the Campaign Period ends. The Winner will then be required to:

i.                     Respond to the DM within THREE (3) days from the day the DM was sent and provide the required information, including the Winner’s email address that was used to register the Winner’s TNG eWallet account. In the event the Winner fails to respond or acknowledge the DM, the Prize will be forfeited by and shall be deemed as void.

ii.                   The Winner will then be notified via their registered email address of their TNG eWallet account. The Winner must correctly answer ONE (1) verification question and follow the instructions provided in the email. Failure to respond or complete these steps within the stipulated timeline will result in forfeiture of the Prize.

 

Q6          What is in a MyCTOS Score Report?

It is a personal credit report that contains detailed information about your debt, account histories for credit cards and loans such as payment history, including any late payments, your credit limits or loan amounts, your account balances and credit inquiries. Legal cases and bankruptcies are also listed in a separate section of the credit report as well as directorships, business interests and non-bank debts (Trade Reference).

The report also includes your credit score and recommendations on what you can do to improve this score.

Q7          Why should I purchase a MyCTOS Score Report?

It is a good financial management practice to understand your credit health. With the recommendations in the report, you can also work towards improving your credit score. 

Besides, banks and other lenders use this information as part of the credit evaluation process before approving any credit applications like credit cards and loans. Knowing what is in your credit report will help you identify areas to be fixed so you can get higher changes of loan approval.

Q8          Will my credit score in the MyCTOS Score Report change over time?

Yes, it will. We recommend a new report every 3 months to check if your credit score has improved and for you to be updated on where you stand in your credit health.
