Remittance Referral Program

Terms & Conditions

  1. This Campaign is organized by TNG Digital Remittance Sdn Bhd (TNGDR).
  2. The Campaign Period is from 2 Jan 2026 until 30 June 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
  3. This campaign enables TNG eWallet app users to introduce the TNG Remittance Service to their friends and families and earn voucher rewards for each successful referral.
  4. The Remittance Referral Program consists of two user roles: Referrer and Referee.

Referrer’s Reward

  1. A Referrer refers to any existing or new user who shares the TNG Remittance Service with friends or family (“Referrer”).
  2. Each Referrer will have their own unique referral QR code or invitation link to share.
  3. When a new user (“Referee”) successfully:
    • completes eKYC verification; and
    • performs their first successful remittance transaction using the Referrer’s QR code or invitation link,

      the Referrer will receive RM5 cashback, which will be automatically credited to the Referrer’s TNG eWallet.

  4. A Referrer may make multiple referrals and will earn RM5 cashback for each successful referral within the Campaign Period.

  5. A successful referral is determined based on the last referral QR code scanned or invitation link clicked by the Referee prior to completing their first remittance transaction.

  6. Referrers may track successful referrals via the “My Invitation” section within the Remittance Mini Program.

Referee’s Reward

  1. A Referee refers to any new user who :
    • has not previously performed any remittance transaction;
    • completes eKYC verification; and
    • makes their first successful remittance transaction using a valid referral QR code or invitation link.
  2. Each eligible Referee will receive RM3 cashback, which will be credited to their TNG eWallet upon completion of the qualifying transaction.
  3. Each Referee is only eligible to receive the reward voucher once, regardless of the number of referral links or QR codes used.

Others

  1. TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions.
