Terms & Conditions

  1. This Campaign is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”) in collaboration with AIA General Berhad (“AIA”).
  2. The Campaign Period is from 13 October 2025 until 18 October 2025, inclusive of both dates.
  3. The Campaign is open to all followers of TNGeWallet Instagram or Facebook (“Eligible Participant”)
  4. To participate in the Contest, participant (the “Participants”) must:
    1. Leave a word of encouragement for breast cancer patients or survivors & tag #ThinkPinkGOPink.
    2. Reposting this on participant’s Instagram or Facebook story with the hashtag may increase the participant’s chances of winning.
  5. 20 Eligible Participants will be randomly selected to be winners and be rewarded with free3-month AIA Vitality Starter access each.
  6. TNGD will notify winners viaDirect Message (DM) to the social media profile used to participate in the contest post (either Facebook or Instagram) within 7 days after the campaign ends. The Free 3-month AIA Vitality Starter Access Code will be shared to winners through Direct Message. Upon issuance of the Prize, TNGD shall bear no responsibility or liability in relation to the Winner’s receipt, non-receipt, usage, or non-usage of the Prize, for any reason whatsoever. 
  7. Eligible Participants are entitled to participate concurrently in other promotions or campaigns organised by TNGD during the Campaign Period.
  8. By participating in this Campaign, Users agree to allow TNGD and AIA the right to use names, private details and photographs of the Users and/or Winners, for marketing, advertising and publicity purposes, in accordance with applicable laws without any cost or compensation.
  9. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits pursuant to this Campaign, with prior notice to the Users if the Users are found to have been in breach of any TNGD’s Users Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf
  10. TNGD andAIA reserve the right, at any time, to alter, shorten, cancel, suspend or terminate this Campaign earlier in whole or in part, or to vary, delete, or add any Terms and Conditions herein anytime by giving written notice through the TNGD and AIA websites or social media platforms owned by TNGD and AIA, respectively.
  11. TNGD and AIAreserve the right to disqualify/reject any Users who do not comply with these terms and conditions stated herein and/or are found or suspected to be tampering with this Campaign and/or its process or the operations of this Campaign. Tampering shall include fraudulent activities involving any act of deceit and/or deception and/or cheating with regards to this Campaign.
  12. TNGD and AIAshall not be responsible or liable for any losses howsoever arising or suffered by the Users whether arising directly or indirectly from the Users’ participation in this Campaign or otherwise.

  14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
