Terms & Conditions

  1. The TNG eWallet Visa Travel Card WoW Wednesdays Unlimited 1% Cashback Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) (“TNGD“) and is governed by the following terms and conditions.
  2. This Campaign is from 01 January 2026 to 31 March 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

    Campaign Eligibility

  3. Participation in this Campaign is open to all active TNG eWallet Visa Travel cardholders that meet the following requirements (“Campaign Requirements”):
    a. Successfully perform a transaction using your TNG eWallet Visa Travel Card on an international online platform which is not excluded. Any transaction that is voided, cancelled, reversed, or refunded will not be considered as a successful transaction. For clarification, an international online platform means any digital or e-commerce platform, including but not limited to online platforms such as Amazon, Shein, Booking.com, Agoda and other similar services that requires payment to be made in a foreign currency other than Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
    b. Ensure that the transactions must not fall under the following excluded merchant category codes:

    Specific Campaign Details

  4. All TNG eWallet Visa Travel cardholders that have adhered to the Campaign Requirements (“Eligible Users”) will be eligible to receive a cashback based on the eligible spend for international online payments, as outlined in the cashback details as below:

    If you spend RM100.00 in a single purchase on a Wednesday during the Campaign Period, you will earn 1% cashback on the full amount of RM100.00. This means you will receive RM1.00 cashback for that transaction.
  5. The cashback amount will be credited to the Eligible User’s respective TNG eWallet account instantly after each successful transaction.
  6. In the event a transaction is voided, cancelled, reversed, or refunded after the cashback has been awarded, TNGD reserves the right to deduct the corresponding cashback amount from your TNG eWallet account balance.
  7. TNGD reserves the right to terminate, withdraw, or extend the Campaign prior to the expiration of the Campaign Period at any time by providing at least five (5) days prior notice on the TNG eWallet website at www.touchngo.com.my/ and/or TNG eWallet application.
  8. This Campaign shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.

    Others

  9. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefit(s) under the campaign, if a User is found to have been in breach of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf)
