Terms & Conditions

  1. ​This Lucky Draw is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD) and ALIPAY+ Rewards (A+ Rewards).
  2. This Lucky Draw period is from 1 November 2025 until 31 December 2025, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

    Campaign Mechanism

  3. Users who make a minimum spend of RM100 and above in a single transaction on China Southern Airline (“CSA”) with TNG eWallet, will earn ONE (1) Entry in this Lucky Draw and stand a chance to win a prize.
  4. Only ONE (1) Entry can be earned per transaction, while daily stock lasts.
  5. Users can make multiple purchases to increase the number of Entries to increase the chances of Winning.
  6. The Prizes for this Lucky Draw are as listed in the table below:

  7. All rewards to A+ Rewards users are limited to the quantity stated in the table above during the Campaign Period. The campaign will cease once the limit is reached or at the expiration of the campaign period, whichever is earlier. All rewards are not for re-sale.

    Winners Selection & Prize Fulfilment

  8. The winners/prizes appear in “My Rewards” and via in-app announcements.
  9. All the digital items will be credited to user’s TNG eWallet in “My Rewards”. The redemption process of the digital rewards may be differed. User are advised to refer to the specific digital reward for detailed steps on how to redeem the reward.
  10. Physical item (e.g., iPhone/AirPods), a mock voucher will be credited to winner’s TNG eWallet in “My Rewards”. TNGD Customer Service will contact the winner to arrange delivery.
    1. For iPhone
      1. Within one (1) month after the Campaign Period ends, TNG eWallet Customer Service will contact the winner of the iPhone 17 Pro to verify any user information, where the Winner hereby agrees and shall submit both their relevant contact information as requested by TNG eWallet Customer Service (including but not limited to name and phone number).
      2. A+ Rewards shall have the right to withdraw/forfeit the selected Winner if the selected Winner has failed to provide any feedback or answer within seven (7) calendar days.
      3. TNG eWallet Customer Service representative will contact user to verify personal details.
  11. If there is any winner who fails to acknowledge the notification by the required period; unable to adhere to this Campaign’s terms and conditions; and forfeits or does not claim the prize, the prize(s) will be void.
  12. All prizes are non-transferable to another individual and non-negotiable. TNGD and/or A+ Rewards will not be held liable of damages caused during the delivery process. No replacement and/or exchange of prize will be entertained.
  13. TNGD and/or A+ Rewards makes no warranties or representations with respect to the prizes and shall not be responsible nor liable for any misuse of any of the prizes, nor for any claims, liability, loss or damages arising out of or in connection with the prizes associated with this Lucky Draw.
  14. TNGD and/or A+ Rewards program shall reserve all rights at any time, at its discretion with notice to substitute the reward with another reward of equivalent value to the published Recommended Retail Price.
  15. Requests to extend the validity of expired rewards will not be entertained.
  16. By participating in this Campaign, all participants:
    1. consent for TNGD to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation; and
    2. consent for TNGD to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
    3. grant TNGD the right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
  17. By participating in this promotion, user agrees to adhere to these terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions including any amendments or variations thereto as well as any decisions made by TNGD and A+ Rewards program.
  18. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNGD’s Users Terms and Conditions.
