​Terms and Conditions

  1. The Central Hatyai Gift-with-Purchase (GWP) Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) (“TNGD“) and is governed by the following Terms and Conditions.
  2. This Campaign runs from 13 March to 10 May 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
  3. Participation is open to all TNG eWallet users who make eligible Overseas QR transactions (Scan & Pay via Alipay+ rail) at Central Hatyai, Thailand during the Campaign Period (“Eligible Users”).

Campaign Mechanics

  1. Users must accumulate a minimum spend of THB6,000 within the same day at participating stores in Central Hatyai, using the same TNG eWallet account.
  2. Split receipts are allowed, provided that the total same day spend reaches THB6,000 or above.
  3. Only offline in-mall transactions paid via TNG eWallet (Alipay+) are eligible.
  4. Payments via PromptPay or any other payment rails are not eligible.
  5. Each user is entitled to one (1) redemption only, based on one (1) TNG eWallet account number throughout the Campaign Period.
  6. Users must redeem the gift on the same day of purchase at the Central Hatyai Information Counter.
  7. Redemptions made on a date different from the transaction date will not be accepted.
  8. Users must present TNG eWallet payment receipts / transaction history (same-day only) for verification.

Gift Details

Eligible Users will receive one (1) Chan “Everyday Earth – Two-Tone Knitted Tote Bag” (Beige or Brown) worth THB1,190, while stocks last.

Other Conditions

  1. Gifts are available on a first-come, first served basis and subject to limited stock.
  2. This Campaign may be combined with other promotions offered by Central Hatyai, subject to their respective terms and conditions.
  3. TNGD reserves the right to substitute the gift with another item of similar value without prior notice.

General

TNGD reserves the right to terminate, withdraw or extend the Campaign at any time by providing prior notice on the TNG eWallet website at www.touchngo.com.my/ and/or TNG eWallet app.

Permissions

By participating in this Campaign, all participants:

  1. consent for TNGD to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation; and
  2. consent for TNGD to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
  3. grant TNGD the right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.

Others

  1. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions.
