Touch ‘n Go RFID Terus Je Campaign 2025

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the Touch ‘n Go RFID Terus Je Campaign 2025 (“Campaign”). By participating in the Campaign, the participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any applicable rules and conditions. 

  1. Organizer: This Campaign is organised by Touch ‘n Go Sdn Bhd (“TNG”).

  2. Campaign Period: This Campaign will run from 3 December 2025 to 28 February 2026.

  3. Eligible Customers: 

    1. This Campaign is open to all customers aged eighteen (18) years old and above with a valid and active Touch ‘n Go eWallet (“TNG eWallet”) account during the Campaign Period.
    2. Employees of TNG and TNG Digital Sdn Bhd are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
  4. Participation

    Eligible Customers must purchase and activate a new Touch ‘n Go Radio Frequency Identification Tag (“TNG RFID Tag”) using their TNG eWallet account during the Campaign Period.

  5. Winner Selection and Rewards Fulfilment

    1. Three (3) Eligible Customers will be shortlisted from the total number of entries in accordance with the formula set out below (“Selected Participants”).

      Formula:

      •    Total number of valid entries within the Campaign Period are divided by 10. 

      •    Every Eligible Customer who fall on the 10th quotient of the total number of valid entries will be determined as the Selected Participant.

      •    If the number of the 10th quotient contains decimal points, it will be rounded down to the closest round number.

      Example:

      •    Total number of valid entries = 6,000

      •    Determination of Selected Participants: 6,000 ÷ 10 = 600

      •    The Selected Participants will be based on a numeric list of all 600th quotients of 6,000 which are 600,1200,1800….. 

    2. The Selected Participants will receive a phone call from TNG and required to answer three (3) qualifying questions related to TNG to be qualified to receive the Reward.

    3. If a Selected Participant does not answer the call, fails to follow TNG’s instructions, or answers the qualifying questions incorrectly, TNG may select another participant.

    4. Each Eligible Customer will only be selected as the Selected Participant once, regardless of the number of TNG RFID Tags purchased during the Campaign Period.

    5. If an Eligible Customer has previously been shortlisted as a Selected Participant under paragraph 5(a), TNG reserves the right to select another Eligible Customer as the replacement Selected Participant.

    6. Only the first three (3) Selected Participants who successfully answer the qualifying questions accurately will be declared as winners (“Winners”). 

      Reward

    7. Each Winner will receive one (1) Reward Package allocated at random as described below. 
       

      Reward Package 1

      • 3 days 2 nights stay voucher, at the Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur
      • Travel allowance of RM600 credited to TNG eWallet
      • Meal Allowance of RM1,000 credited to TNG eWallet

      Reward Package 2

      • 3 days 2 nights stay voucher at Liu Men Hotel, Melaka
      • Travel allowance of RM600 credited to TNG eWallet
      • Meal Allowance of RM1,000 credited to TNG eWallet

      Reward Package 3

      • 3 days 2 nights stay voucher at DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Penang
      • Travel allowance of RM600 credited to TNG eWallet
      • Meal Allowance of RM1,000 credited to TNG eWallet

      (collectively referred to as the “Reward”)

    8.  The Reward cannot be sold, exchanged or transferred.
    9. Each Winner will only entitled to receive the Reward once, regardless of the number of TNG RFID Tag purchased and activated during the Campaign Period.

      Notification 

    10. The Winners will be determined within thirty (30) working days after the end of the Campaign Period. For clarity, the calculation of the thirty (30) working days shall be Mondays to Fridays only excluding public holiday in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur.
    11. Winners of the Campaign will be notified via their e-mail address or contact number registered in their respective TNG eWallet, account and/or via TNG’s official social media platforms.
    12. Winners are personally responsible for ensuring that their personal particulars, contact details and email address provided to TNG and registered in their respective TNG eWallet are accurate.

      Reward Collection

    13. For clarity, Winners must collect the Reward in person and cannot appoint a representative. If a Winner is unable to attend, they must notify TNG within seven (7) days of receiving TNG’s email. Failure to do so will result in disqualification, and TNG may select a replacement Winner.
    14. TNG reserves the right to replace the Reward with another reward(s) of similar or lesser value and TNG shall notify the Winners of such replacement.
    15. TNG shall not be liable if the Winners do not receive the Reward due to their own errors, negligence and/or failure to provide accurate information.

      General Terms and Conditions

  6. By participating in the Campaign, Eligible Customers agree to the following:

      1. Compliance with Terms and Conditions: Eligible Customers agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions of the Campaign, including any subsequent amendments or variations made by TNG to these Terms and Conditions as well as any decisions made by TNG in relation to the Campaign. Eligible Customers acknowledge and agree that the use of TNG RFID Tag, TNG eWallet and/or Reward shall be subject to their respective terms of use;
      2. Processing of Personal Data: Eligible Customers authorise and consent for TNG to process, collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information and data (“Personal Data”) in accordance with TNG’s Privacy Notice  for purposes which are necessary and/or related to their participation in the Campaign. Eligible Customers confirm that this consent covers all for necessary processing of their Personal Data, and no further permission is required. Eligible Customers also confirm that the Personal Data provided to TNG is complete and accurate;
      3. Disclosure of Personal Data: Eligible Customers permit TNG to disclose and/or publish their Personal Data as well as any general information, on any media, marketing, or advertising materials as TNG deemed appropriate, subject to applicable data protection laws; and
      4. Use of Images and Captions: Where applicable, Eligible Customers grant TNG a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, and sublicensable right to use, modify, reproduce, distribute and and publish any still or moving images and written captions featuring or provided by Eligible Customers for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purposes, in any media now known or developed on the future, without any further consent or compensation.
  7. Right to Reject and Cancel: TNG reserves the right to reject the participation of any Eligible Customer or refuse to provide the Reward with reasons. TNG also reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, terminate, or suspend the Campaign by providing seven (7) calendar days’ notice via Electronic Direct Mail (“eDM”) and/or a push notification. TNG will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from the withdrawal, cancellation, termination, or suspension of the Campaign.
  8.  Exclusion of Liability: TNG (including its subsidiaries, affiliates, associated companies, and related corporations (as defined in Companies Act 2016)) will not be liable for any loss (including indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, or damage suffered or sustained by Eligible Customers in connection with the Campaign, except for liability that cannot be legally limited or excluded.
  9.  Prevailing Terms: These Terms and Conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms,       conditions, provisions, or representations in any other promotional or advertising materials            for the Campaign.

  10. Right to Amend: TNG reserves the right to vary, delete, or add to any of these Terms and Conditions by providing seven (7) calendar days’ notice via eDM and/or a push notification. TNG’s decisions regarding the Campaign are final, binding, and conclusive, and no correspondence, complaint, or appeal will be entertained.

  11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be settled by mutual consultation and consent, failing which, TNG and Eligible Customer agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

  12.  No Waiver: No failure or delay by TNG in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Terms and Conditions will operate as a waiver. A single or partial exercise of waiver does not preclude any other or further exercise of any right, power or privilege.

  13.  Severability: If any provision is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be fully severable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

  14.  No Assignment: Eligible Customers may not assign any of their rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions without TNG’s prior written consent. TNG may assign its rights and/or benefits under these Terms and Conditions by providing written notice to the Eligible Customers.

  15.  Disclaimer of Warranties: Subject to applicable laws, TNG makes no warranties regarding the Reward and TNG RFID Tag and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights.

  16.  Force Majeure: If the Campaign cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond TNG’s control (including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, technical failures or fraud), TNG reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Campaign and TNG will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from the withdrawal, cancellation, termination, or suspension of the Campaign. In the event of actual or suspected fraud or other unlawful conduct, TNG reserves the right to take appropriate action, including disqualifying participants or terminating the Campaign.

  17.  Responsibility: TNG will not be responsible for any losses, harm, damage, injury, costs, fees, and expenses suffered by Winners if they cannot utilize the Reward due to their own fault, act, or omission.

  18.  Survival of Terms: Paragraphs 6a (Compliance with Terms and Conditions), 6b (Processing of Personal Data), 6c (Disclosure of Personal Data), 6d (Use of Images and Captions, 7 (Right to Reject and Cancel), 8 (Exclusion of Liability), 9 (Prevailing Terms), 11 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution), 12 (No Waiver), 13 (Severability), 14 (No Assignment), 15 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 17 (Responsibility) and 19 (Language) shall remain in full force and effect after the cancellation or expiry of these Terms and Conditions.

  19.  Language: These Terms and Conditions are only provided in English.
