Terms and Conditions

  1. This Campaign is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”).
  2. The Campaign Period is from 1 January 2026 until 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
  3. This campaign is only open to selected users who have successfully made purchase on App Store/Play Store with the min spend of RM5 through eWallet for the first time. Users are eligible to receive ONE (1) Prepaid voucher with RM2 cashback with the minimum spend of RM10 is required. The voucher validity is 30 days upon issuance to the users (“Campaign”).

Campaign Mechanism

  1. The cashback amount will be credited into user’s TNG eWallet automatically after the eligible transaction. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Campaign.
  2. Each selected TNG eWallet user is entitled to enjoy Prepaid RM2 Cashback ONE (1) time only, throughout the Campaign Period.
  3. The Cashback Voucher is limited to first 50,000 eligible transactions during Campaign Period. The Campaign will cease once the Cashbacks have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Campaign Period, whichever is earlier.
  4. This Campaign shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
  5. Campaign is not applicable for any form or type of reload transactions, gift cards and in-store services.
  6. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNGD’s Users Terms and Conditions. Terma dan Syarat

  1. Promosi ini dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”).
  2. Tempoh promosi adalah dari 1 Januari 2026 sehingga 31 Disember 2026, termasuk dua tarikh tersebut (“Tempoh Kempen”).
  3. Kempen ini terbuka hanya kepada pengguna terpilih yang berjaya membuat pembayaran minimum RM5 melalui eWallet mereka di App Store/Play Store buat pertama kali. Pengguna layak menerima SATU(1) RM2 Baucar Pulangan Tunai dengan perbelanjaan minimum sebanyak RM10 diperlukan untuk penebusan. Baucar ini sah digunakan selama 30 hari selepas dikeluarkan kepada pengguna (“Kempen”).

Mekanisma Kempen

  1. Pulangan tunai akan dikreditkan ke akaun TNG eWallet pengguna secara automatik selepas transaksi berjaya dilakukan. TNGD tidak akan membuat panggilan telefon berkenaan Kempen ini.
  2.  Pengguna yang terpilih hanya akan menerima SATU (1) RM2 Baucar Pulangan Tunai Prabayar selama Tempoh Kempen.
  3. Baucar Pulangan Tunai ini terhad kepada 50,000 transaksi layak pertama dalam Tempoh Kempen. Kempen ini akan tamat apabila semua Pulangan Tunai telah ditebus sepenuhnya atau apabila Tempoh Kempen berakhir, yang mana lebih awal.
  4. Kempen ini tidak sah dengan sebarang promosi, diskaun, atau baucar lain yang sedang berlangsung.
  5. Promosi ini tidak sah untuk sebarang bentuk atau jenis tambah nilai, kad hadiah dan perkhimatan dalam kedai.
  6. TNGD berhak untuk menahan sebarang faedah di bawah perkhidmatan yang diberikan, dengan atau tanpa notis kepada pengguna jika pengguna didapati telah melanggar terma dan syarat Pengguna TNGD. Terma dan Syarat Promosi Am boleh didapati di  https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf
