This campaign is open to selected TNG eWallet users who make any payment using their TNG eWallet. Eligible users will automatically receive one (1) randomized cashback voucher of up to RM2 in their “My Rewards.” To enjoy the cashback, users need to make a separate transaction on the Google Play Store, subject to a minimum spend of RM15, within 14 days of the voucher’s issuance.

Q2 What is the duration of this campaign?

The campaign runs from 24 August 2026 until 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive. The campaign may end earlier if all cashback vouchers have been fully redeemed before the end date.

Q3 Who is eligible for this campaign?

This campaign is open to selected TNG eWallet users who make any payment using their TNG eWallet during the campaign period.

Q4 What can I use my cashback for?

The cashback voucher can be used for purchases on the Google Play Store.

Q5 How does this campaign work?

  1. Selected users who make a payment using TNG eWallet will receive a randomized cashback voucher of up to RM2 in “My Rewards.”
  2. Make a payment with a minimum spend of RM15 on the Google Play Store using TNG eWallet.
  3. Your cashback voucher will be automatically credited to your TNG eWallet upon successful completion of the transaction.

Q6 Where will I receive my cashback voucher?

Your cashback voucher will be automatically saved under the “My Rewards” section in your TNG eWallet.

Q7 How long will the cashback voucher be available for me to use?

Each cashback voucher is valid for 14 days from the date it is issued to you. Any unused voucher will expire after this period and cannot be reinstated.

Q8 Can I redeem my cashback voucher more than once?

No, redemption is limited to one (1) time per user for the entire campaign period.

Q9 Can I use more than one cashback voucher in a single transaction?

No, only one (1) cashback voucher can be used per transaction. The cashback voucher also cannot be used together with any other ongoing campaign promotions, discounts, or vouchers offered by TNGD.
