Terms & Conditions
1. TNG eWallet Visa Travel Card Free Starbucks Voucher Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) (“TNG Digital”).
2. The vouchers will be distributed from 15 August 2026 to 31 December 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
3. The voucher is only eligible for TNG eWallet users who purchased a TNG eWallet Visa Travel Card during the on-ground event organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“Eligible Users”).
4. Eligible users will receive a free Starbucks voucher, which can be found under GO rewards > My Rewards > Active/Past Vouchers.
5. Users are advised to refer to the voucher details for specific terms including:
a. Voucher expiry date
b. Applicable drink
c. Participating merchants or outlets
6. Vouchers must be redeemed before the stated expiry date. Expired vouchers will not be reinstated or reissued under any circumstances.
7. Each voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash.
8. TNG Digital will not in any way contact users for any personal information or account credentials for this Campaign.
9. TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefit(s) under the campaign, if a User is found to have been in breach of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf)

Terma & Syarat
1. Kempen Kad TNG eWallet Visa Travel – Baucar Starbucks Percuma 2026 (“Kempen”) dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) (“TNG Digital”).
2. Baucar akan diedarkan dari 15 Ogos 2026 hingga 31 December 2026 (“Tempoh Kempen”).
3. Baucar ini hanya layak untuk pengguna TNG eWallet yang telah memohon Kad TNG eWallet Visa Travel semasa acara lapangan yang dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“Pengguna Layak”).
4. Pengguna Layak akan menerima baucar Starbucks percuma, yang boleh didapati di GOrewards > My Rewards > Active/Past Vouchers.
5. Pengguna dinasihatkan untuk merujuk kepada butiran baucar bagi terma khusus, termasuk:
a. Tarikh luput baucar
b. Minuman yang layak
c. Pedagang atau cawangan yang mengambil bahagian
6. Baucar mesti ditebus sebelum tarikh luput yang dinyatakan. Baucar yang telah luput tidak akan dipulihkan atau dikeluarkan semula dalam apa jua keadaan.
7. Setiap baucar adalah tidak boleh dipindah milik, tidak boleh ditukar, dan tidak boleh ditukar kepada wang tunai.
8. TNG Digital tidak akan menghubungi pengguna untuk sebarang maklumat peribadi atau kredensial akaun bagi tujuan Kempen ini.
9. TNG Digital berhak untuk menahan sebarang manfaat di bawah kempen sekiranya Pengguna didapati melanggar Terma dan Syarat Pengguna TNG Digital (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf).
