Q1 What is this promotion?

New users who sign up for an Eastel number via the ‘Eastel’ Mini Program in TNG eWallet and subscribe to an eligible TNGD Exclusive Eastel Prepaid Plan with a minimum spend of RM25 will receive RM8 Cashback.

Q2 What is the duration of this promotion?

This promotion is valid from 5 August 2026 until 31 August 2026. The RM8 Cashback is limited to the first 3,000 eligible transactions. The Promotion will cease once the cashback has been fully utilised, or upon the expiry of the Promotion Period, whichever occurs first.

Q3 Who is eligible for this promotion?

New users who sign up for an Eastel number and subscribe to an eligible TNGD Exclusive Eastel Prepaid Plan through the ‘Eastel’ Mini Program in TNG eWallet are eligible to receive RM8 Cashback.

Q4 When will I receive the cashback?

The cashback amount will be credited into the user’s TNG eWallet automatically after the eligible transaction. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Promotion.

Q5 How many times can I enjoy this promotion?

Each selected TNG e-Wallet User is entitled to enjoy the RM8 Cashback ONE (1) time only, throughout the Promotion Period.
