Terms & Conditions

Introduction

  1. Deals That Hit Different (“Campaign”) is organised by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) (“TNG Digital”). 
  2. The Campaign runs from 7 August 2026 to 31 December 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
  3. The Campaign is open to selected TNG eWallet users that are aged 18 and are holders of a TNG Visa Card during the Campaign Period (“Eligible Users”). 

Campaign Mechanism

  1. Eligible Users who successfully complete qualifying transactions using a TNG Visa Card during the Campaign Period will be entitled to cashback based on their total monthly qualifying spend, subject to the applicable terms and conditions below.
  2. Cashback is calculated on a per calendar month basis and is determined by the Eligible User’s total qualifying spend accumulated within that calendar month.
  3. Each Eligible User may enjoy only one (1) cashback reward per calendar month, based on the tier applicable to their total qualifying spend for that month.

Qualifying Transactions and Cashback Tiers

  1. Qualifying transactions are transactions made using a TNG Visa Card for purchases at both local and international e-commerce merchants (Ecom) and both local and international point-of-sale merchants (POS) during the Campaign Period.
  2. ATM withdrawals, fund transfers, bill payments, peer-to-peer transfers, in-app top-ups, and any non-purchase transactions are excluded from qualifying spend.
    1. Monthly Spend Below RM200: Eligible Users whose total qualifying spend in a calendar month is below RM200 will not receive any cashback for that month.
    2. Monthly Spend RM200 to RM499: Eligible Users whose total qualifying spend in a calendar month is between RM200 and RM499 (inclusive of RM200, exclusive of RM500) will receive cashback at a rate of 0.20% on their total qualifying spend for that month.
    3. Monthly Spend RM500 and Above: Eligible Users whose total qualifying spend in a calendar month is RM500 or more will receive a flat cashback bonus of RM8.00 for that month. The RM8 flat cashback bonus in Tier 3 replaces the 0.20% cashback — it is not cumulative. An Eligible User who qualifies for Tier 3 receives only the RM8 bonus, not RM8 plus 0.20% on spend.
  3. Cashback will be credited to the Eligible User’s TNG eWallet account within fourteen (14) working days after the end of each calendar month.
  4. TNG Digital reserves the right to verify all transactions and may withhold cashback in cases of suspected fraud, refund, chargeback, or cancellation of the qualifying transaction.

General

  1. TNG Digital will not in any way contact users for any personal information or account credentials for this Campaign. 
  2. TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefit(s) under the campaign, if a User is found to have been in breach of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf)
