Terms and Conditions

Introduction

  1. The Search & Win Treasure Hunt (“the Campaign“) is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (Company No. 201701042478) (1256651-M) (“TNGD”).
  2. This Campaign will run from 23 July 2026 to 3 September 2026, inclusive of both dates (“Campaign Period”).

Eligibility

  1. This Campaign is open to all participants who meet all of the following criteria (each, a “Participant”):
    • The Participant is a registered TNG eWallet user; and
    • The Participant’s TNG eWallet account is registered with and linked to a valid Malaysian mobile number.
  1. Employees of TNGD or entities shall not be eligible to participate in the Campaign.

Campaign Mechanism

  1. During the Campaign Period, TNGD will publish word search puzzles together with clues for hidden keywords through its official social media channels.
  2. Each puzzle theme comprises up to four (4) standard keywords and one (1) Legendary Drop keyword.
  3. To participate, Participant must open the TNG eWallet app, enter the correct keyword into the search bar, and perform a search.
    • Standard keyword: If the keyword entered is a correct standard keyword, the Participant will receive a redemption link on that page. The Participant must open and click on the link to receive the applicable Standard Reward (as defined below), subject to the limits in Clause 9 below.
    • Legendary Drop keyword: if the keyword entered is a correct Legendary Drop keyword, the Participant will receive one (1) entry into the lucky draw for the Legendary Drop prize (“Lucky Draw”), subject to the limits in Clause 9 below.
    • Incorrect keyword: if incorrect keyword is entered, no redemption link or lucky draw entry will be generated, and the Participant may attempt again, subject always to the limits in Clause 9 below
  1. TNGD will publish a new puzzle theme (with its corresponding four (4) standard keywords and one (1) Legendary Drop keyword) and refresh the reward pool every two (2) weeks on Thursdays during the Campaign Period. Keywords and clues from the previous puzzle theme will no longer be valid once a new refresh begins.
  2. Each Participant shall be subject to the following limitations:
    • Each Participant may only redeem a maximum of one (1) Standard Reward for each correct standard keyword, per refresh (e.g. up to four (4) Standard Rewards per refresh);
    • Each Participant may only gain a maximum of one (1) Lucky Draw entry for the correct Legendary Drop keyword, per refresh;
    • Each refresh has a fixed reward pool for Standard Rewards. Standard Rewards are awarded based on first-come, first-served basis, based on the published weightage, until the pool for that refresh is exhausted; and
    • Once the Standard Rewards pool for the refresh has been fully exhausted, no further Standard Rewards will be awarded for that refresh, regardless of whether the Participant enters a correct standard keyword. Participants may try again once the next refresh begins.

Rewards

  1. The rewards under this Campaign are (“each, a “Reward”):
    • Standard Reward: TNG eWallet credit ranging from RM0.05 to RM10.00, randomised and subject to availability. The exact values and allocation weightage may vary by refresh and are determined by TNGD at its sole discretion.
    • Legendary Drop: one (1) entry into Lucky Draw for one (1) of the following prizes:
      • 100kg of Musang King durian;
      • Pokemon cards; or
      • Mobile Legend: Bang Bang Points.
  1. Winners of Standard Reward shall be required to click on the link to receive the Standard Reward as set out in Clause 7.1 The Winner’s TNG eWallet account balance should reflect the credited amount immediately upon successful redemption via the link.
  2. At the end of every refresh, TNGD will select the Lucky Draw winner using a computerised randomiser. Winner of the Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw Winner”) will notified via push notification. Lucky Draw Winner will be required to provide their contact information. Such information may be disclosed with third parties, including the vendor of the Reward, for such purpose.
  3. Winners of Rewards (“each, a Winner”) are responsible for providing TNGD with accurate and complete information within specified timeframe. If the Winner does not respond or fails to provide accurate or complete information within the timeframe specified by TNGD, TNGD reserves the right to forfeit the Reward and/or select an alternative winner, at its sole discretion.
  4. Each Winner acknowledges that the Rewards may be manufactured, supplied, provided, and/or fulfilled by third parties. TNGD shall not be responsible or liable for any losses, damage, or issues arising from the delivery, quality, or condition of the Reward. Rewards may be further subject to applicable terms and conditions or expiry date prescribed by the vendor, merchant, or manufacturer and it is the Winner’s responsibility for reading and familiarizing such terms and conditions applicable to them.
  5. In addition to the terms and conditions herein, the following terms shall apply specifically to the Legendary Drop 100kg Musang King Durian Reward:
    • Winners will be notified by 7 Aug 2026. The winners list will be published on TNGD’s official promotion page https://h5-web.tngdigital.com.my/promotion/details.html?promo=find-the-word-campaign within ten (10) working days of confirmation by the respective Winners (i.e. upon reply to TNGD’s outreach email), and shall only reflect Winners who have duly confirmed within the stipulated timeframe.
    • The Lucky Draw Winner must respond to TNGD’s outreach email confirming their preferred redemption date by 10 August 2026. Should the Lucky Draw Winner fail to respond by this date, TNGD shall have the right to deem the Reward forfeited, and TNGD shall have no further obligation with respect to such Reward;
    • Lucky Draw Winner is required to provide its accurate and complete information to TNGD in accordance with Clause 13 above;
    • Lucky Draw Winner will receive an e-voucher via email for redemption of the Reward and shall be required to redeem such Reward on or before 21 August 2026.
    • The Lucky Draw Winner is required to present the e-voucher to the appointed vendor and valid identification for verification during redemption.;
    • Redemption is strictly by appointment only. Lucky Draw Winner must confirm their preferred redemption date via email and provide at least 4 days’ prior notice before their preferred date to allow the durian supply to be arranged accordingly.The final redemption date and time shall be confirmed by TNGD and the vendor, subject to durian availability and operational arrangements;
    • The Lucky Draw Winner must respond to TNGD’s outreach email confirming their preferred redemption date by 12 August 2026. Should the Lucky Draw Winner fail to respond by this date, TNGD shall have the right to deem the Reward forfeited, and TNGD shall have no further obligation with respect to such Reward;
    • The Lucky Draw Winner, or an appointee nominated by the Lucky Draw Winner, is required to attend the confirmed appointment in person at the vendor’s premise. Should the Lucky Draw Winner wish to nominate an appointee to attend on their behalf, the Lucky Draw Winner must provide the appointee’s details to TNGD in writing prior to the confirmed appointment date. Should neither the Lucky Draw Winner nor a duly nominated appointee attend the confirmed appointment, or should the Reward not be redeemed by 21 August 2026, TNGD shall have the right to deem the Reward forfeited, and TNGD shall have no further obligation with respect to such Reward;
    • This Reward refers to Musang King durian based on whole fruit weight, not durian pulp weight; and
    • The Lucky Draw Winner is solely responsible for arranging their own transportation to the vendor’s premise for redemption of this Reward. TNGD shall not be responsible for any transportation or other costs associated with the fulfilment of this Reward; and
    • The Lucky Draw Winner of this Reward acknowledges that this Reward is perishable, and subject to seasonal availability. TNGD reserves the right to substitute any of the Reward with an alternative reward of similar value, in the event of unavailability.
  6. All Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchange or converted into cash.

 

General Terms

  1. This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the campaign shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
  2. TNGD reserves the right to change or amend the Campaign at any point of time during the Campaign Period with five (5) days prior notice.
  3. TNGD reserves the right to substitute any Reward with another of similar value.
  4. TNGD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to, loss of income, loss of profits, or goodwill arising from or in connection with this Campaign).
  5. TNGD’s decision shall be final. Any correspondence pertaining to the decision made by TNGD will not be entertained.
  6. TNGD makes no warranties or representations regarding any Rewards under this Campaign, including its quality, merchantability and/or fitness for the purpose. Participants agree to resolve any such issues, defects or claims directly with the relevant vendor, merchant or partner.
  7. By participating in the Campaign, each user agrees and consents to allow his/her personal data being collected, processed, and used by TNGD in accordance with TNGD’s Privacy Policy.
  8. TNG Digital shall be entitled to withhold any benefit under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breach of any of TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf)
