  1. What is the Visa Card Cashback Campaign?
    • This campaign is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD), offering selected users that are aged between 12 to 18 a visa card cashback voucher. Selected users must have never purchased a TNG Visa Card before to be eligible for the cashback.
  2. When is the campaign period?
    • The campaign runs from31 August 2026 to 31 September 2026. 
  3. Who is eligible to receive this Cashback Voucher?
    • Only selected users who receive an in-app push notification about the voucher during the campaign period are eligible to participate. 
  4. When will the cashback be credited to me upon completion of the requirements?  
    • The cashback amount will be credited into the user’s TNG eWallet automatically upon meeting the voucher conditions. 
  5. How long will the Cashback Voucher be available for me to use? 
    • The validity of the Cashback Voucher is 30 days upon voucher issuance. Any unused cashback voucher will expire.
  6. If I forget to use my Cashback Voucher, can they be reinstated? 
    • If users do not spend the Cashback Voucher within a validity period, the amount will be forfeited. Any unused Reward cannot be reinstated.
