Terms and Conditions 

  1. The 1% Cashback Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by TNG Digital Sdn. Bhd. (“TNGD”) in collaboration with Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad (“Alliance Bank”).
  2. The Campaign is open for all Touch ‘n Go eWallet users (“Users”). Employees of TNGD and Alliance Bank, their immediate family members, and any persons directly involved in the organisation, administration, or fulfilment of this Campaign are not eligible to participate.
  3. The Campaign period shall commence from 1 July 2026 to 30 September 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”). 
  4. During the Campaign Period, User(s) who successfully apply for a loan and meet all of the following Campaign requirements (“Eligible User(s)”) will be eligible to receive a cashback of 1% of the approved loan amount, under this Campaign (“Cashback Reward”).
    1. The Eligible User must have a minimum verified monthly income of RM5,000;
    2. The Eligible User must apply for an Alliance Bank CashFirst Personal Loan via CashLoan on Touch ‘n Go eWallet during the Campaign Period;
    3. The Eligible User’s loan application is approved by Alliance Bank with a minimum approved loan amount of Ringgit Malaysia Twelve Thousand (RM12,000.00);
    4. The Eligible User’s loan application must be approved by Alliance Bank, accepted by the User, and the funds fully disbursed, all within the Campaign Period;
    5. The Eligible User must successfully make the first instalment payment to qualify for the Cashback Reward; and
    6. The Eligible User must ensure their Touch ‘n Go eWallet account remains active and is not dormant, suspended, cancelled, or terminated for any reason throughout the Campaign Period and until prize fulfilment is completed.
  5. Each Eligible User(s) who satisfies Clause 4 above may only be entitled to receive a maximum of ONE (1) Cashback Reward throughout the entire Campaign Period, regardless of the number of loan applications submitted, approved, accepted, or disbursed.
  6. A total of four hundred fifty (450) Cashback Rewards are available under this Campaign throughout the Campaign Period, divided into three (3) Campaign cycles and allocated by approved loan tier, as set out in the table below.
  7. The Cashback Reward allocation is provided based on first-come, first-served basis, as stated in the table below:

    *Note: Cashback is calculated as 1% of the approved loan amount per eligible user. 

  8. The allocation of the Cashback Reward under this Campaign is on a first-come, first-served basis, determined based on the date of the approved loan is successfully disbursed, as reflected in Alliance Bank’s records and/or the disbursement file provided by Alliance Bank to TNGD.
  9. The fulfilment of the Cashback Reward is subject to TNGD’s verification of the Eligible User(s) with Alliance Bank or using any records deemed relevant by TNGD. Eligible User(s) who successfully receive the Cashback Reward may be notified by push in-app notification by TNGD.
  10. If an Eligible User’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet account is suspended, blocked, dormant, closed, terminated, restricted, or otherwise unable to receive the cashback reward at the time of fulfilment, or if TNGD subsequently determines that such user does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions, the Cashback Reward shall be forfeited automatically without compensation.
  11. The Cashback Reward will be credited into the Eligible User’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet account within ninety (90) days after the end of the relevant Campaign cycle, or within such other period as may be determined by TNGD, subject to successful validation and operational processing.
  12. TNGD shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense, or claim arising from or in connection with this Campaign, including but not limited to any unsuccessful loan application, rejection, cancellation, non-disbursement, delay in credit decision, or forfeiture of the cashback reward, save where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
  13. Any taxes, levies, charges, fees, or other applicable payments arising from or in connection with the receipt or use of the cashback reward shall be borne solely by the relevant Eligible User(s), where applicable.
  14. The Cashback Reward under this Campaign is non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable for cash or any other benefit.
  15. All Users are reminded to borrow what is needed and can afford to repay. Loan approval is subject to Alliance Bank’s credit assessment and applicable terms. TNGD does not provide credit and does not influence the loan approval process and/or decision.
  16. By participating in this Campaign, each User(s) acknowledges and agrees that: 
    1. are required to read and understand these Terms and Conditions;
    2. have accessed, read and confirm their agreement to these Terms and Conditions;
    3. consent for TNGD to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign;
    4. consent for TNGD to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
    5. grant TNGD the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
  17. TNGD reserves the right, at its absolute discretion and with or without prior notice, to extend, shorten, discontinue, cancel, terminate, or suspend the Campaign via:
    1. announcement on the TNGD website; and/or 
    2. any other means of notification which TNGD deems appropriate.
  18. The decision of TNGD on all matters relating to this Campaign, including the selection of Users and resolution of any dispute, shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence, queries, challenges, or appeals will be entertained.
  19. All queries regarding the Campaign shall be directed to TNGD only. All queries regarding the Alliance Bank CashFirst Personal Loan product, its terms, or its application process shall be directed to Alliance Bank. Users are encouraged to review the relevant Product Disclosure Sheet(s) or such other financing disclosures (including but not limited to effective rate or profit rate, fees or charges, and total repayment) before accepting any loan offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the terms of financing are solely determined by Alliance Bank. TNGD shall bear no responsibility for any matters related to the loan product or services provided by Alliance Bank.
  20. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold, cancel, or claw back any incentive if a User is found to be in breach of TNGD’s User Terms and Conditions (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf) or the Alliance Bank CashFirst Personal Loan Terms and Conditions (Alliance Bank CashFirst Personal Loan Terms and Conditions).
