- What is the Turbo Mission Hunt Campaign Page?
The Turbo Mission Hunt Campaign Page is a curated campaign page available in the Touch ‘n Go eWallet app from 1 July 2026 to 31 July 2026. It brings together relevant Mid-Year-related features, services, rewards, vouchers, travel deals and selected product or service recommendations, combined with a Mission Spin Wheel, all in one place. Users complete everyday transactions (“Missions”) to earn chances to spin a reward wheel (“Spin”). Each Spin gives you a randomised reward – which would be a cashback voucher, discount voucher, promo code voucher or a Lucky Draw Entry for a chance to win RM2,888.
- When is the campaign period?
The Turbo Mission Hunt Campaign runs from 1 July 2026 to 31 July 2026, both dates inclusive.
- How does the Campaign work?
During the Campaign, the dedicated Campaign Page will be featured on the Touch ‘n Go eWallet app. Users will be able to access the following sections within the Campaign Page:

- Who is eligible to join this campaign?
This Campaign is open to registered Touch ‘n Go eWallet users whose accounts are linked to a valid Malaysian mobile number. All users, including employees of TNG Digital Sdn. Bhd. (“TNGD”) and/or under the TNG Digital Group, are eligible to participate. However, these employees will not be eligible for the Grand Prize lucky draw or any Lucky Draw entries/prizes.
- How do I access the Turbo Mission Hunt Campaign Page?
Simply open your Touch ‘n Go eWallet app and tap on the relevant campaign tile on the homepage, or access the Campaign Page through in-app promotional banners during the Campaign Period.
- What is the Mission Hunt Spin Wheel?
The Mission Hunt Spin Wheel is the main feature of the Campaign Page. You complete everyday transactions (“Missions“) using your Touch ‘n Go eWallet to earn chances to spin a reward wheel (“Spin”). Each Spin gives you a randomised reward from the prize pool. Rewards include cashback vouchers, discount vouchers, promo code vouchers and Lucky Draw Entries.
- How does the Mission Hunt Spin Wheel work?
The Mission Hunt Spin Wheel has two parts:
Part 1 – Spin & Win Prizes: Complete everyday transactions (“Missions“) to earn chances to spin a reward wheel (“Spin“). Each Spin awards you one of the available prizes on a randomised basis, such as cashback vouchers, discount vouchers, promo code vouchers or a Lucky Draw Entry.
Part 2 – Lucky Draw Entry: Some Spins may land on a Lucky Draw Entry. Each Lucky Draw Entry gives you one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Lucky Draw to win RM2,888. Lucky Draw Entries are only available during the Campaign Period.
- How can I earn chances to spin, and how many can I earn?
You are required to complete the Missions listed on the Campaign Page using your Touch ‘n Go eWallet. Each completed Mission earns you one (1) Spin, and you can receive up to seven (7) Spins per week. The Missions reset every Monday during the Campaign Period, so keep completing them to maximise your rewards.
- What Missions do I need to complete?
The Missions are displayed within the Campaign interface and may include, without limitation, making payments, paying prepaid or postpaid bills, transferring funds, using selected eWallet features, and/or other qualifying actions. TNGD reserves the right to add, remove, or vary the Missions at any time.
- I completed a Mission, but I did not receive a chance to spin. What should I do?
Every successfully completed eligible Mission will be granted one (1) Spin. If you do not immediately see your chances update after completing a Mission, kindly refresh the Campaign Page by pulling down from the top or revisiting the page.
- Can I purchase chances to spin?
No. Spin chances can only be earned by completing Missions and are not available for purchase.
- What rewards can I receive from a Spin?
Each Spin gives you a chance to win one of the following rewards:

Each reward is subject to its own terms and conditions as stated in the voucher details. Prizes are limited in quantity and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
- How can I claim my rewards?
Your rewards are automatically saved to the “My Rewards” section in your Touch ‘n Go eWallet after each successful Spin.
- How do I win the Grand Prize of RM2,888?
If your Spin lands on a Lucky Draw Entry, you will automatically be entered into the draw for a chance to win the Grand Prize of RM2,888. The more Lucky Draw Entries you collect, the higher your chances of winning. The winner will be selected via a computerised randomiser after the Campaign Period ends. The Grand Prize will be automatically credited to the verified winner’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet account, and the winner should allow up to fourteen (14) days from the date of winner verification to receive it.
- Can I exchange or transfer my reward voucher?
No, rewards are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash, unless otherwise stated.
- How long are the rewards valid for?
Each reward has its own validity period. Kindly refer to the reward details under the “My Rewards” section in your Touch ‘n Go eWallet for the exact expiry date and applicable conditions.
- What types of vouchers and deals can I redeem from the Campaign Page?
Depending on availability, the Campaign Page may feature:
- Cashback vouchers – credit a fixed cashback amount to your Touch ‘n Go eWallet upon completion of a qualifying transaction.
- Discount vouchers – reduce the total bill at participating merchants, subject to any minimum spend.
- Promo code vouchers – applied at checkout to enjoy the stated discount or benefit.
- Travel-related deals and ride promotions.
- Discovery features (e.g. products, services, merchant recommendations).
Each offer or feature has its own terms and conditions.
- Where can I find and use my vouchers?
All redeemed vouchers are available under the “My Rewards” section in your Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
- When will I receive my cashback or reward (if applicable)?
This depends on the type of offer:
- Cashback vouchers – credited to your Touch ‘n Go eWallet after completing a qualifying transaction.
- Promo code / discount vouchers – must be applied during checkout to enjoy the benefit.
- Deals or services – fulfilled by the respective merchant or partner after the qualifying transaction.

- What if I cancel or refund my transaction?
If a transaction is cancelled, reversed or refunded, the associated cashback, discount, reward or benefit will be voided and/or reversed.
- My voucher didn’t appear, or discount/cashback/deal wasn’t received. What should I do?
If your voucher, discount, cashback or deal is not reflected after 3 working days, please:
- Check that your transaction met the campaign’s requirements and the respective voucher’s terms and conditions (e.g. spend amount, participating merchant, payment via Touch ‘n Go eWallet).
- Some discounts or promotional deals are fulfilled directly by the merchant or catalogue partner and may take additional time to be delivered.
- If still unresolved, contact Customer Service via the Help Centre in your Touch ‘n Go eWallet app. Attach your transaction receipt for faster assistance.
